There was no one at the desk the first day and we didn't have a pin to get into the lobby. Thankfully a man from the restaurant next door let us in and we found our key on the desk. Others who arrived the same day seemed to have the same problem getting in the door. The next morning someone was at the desk after we had dropped off the key.

The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The location was convenient to the inner city and train station. The security was good.

If there's a person waiting at the reception when I was there, it would be nice so I didn't have to make a call [which is expensive since I'm from a foreign country] to get instruction to get in.

The hotel is located in a great location, just one station to Hbf and when you reach the hotel by S train, you can take the automatic elevator easily. There's no lift but taking a luggage one story to the room isn't that hard.

There was no one to let you in, you had to call and the person gave you a code to check yourself in. We had trouble getting the WIFI so we had to call back. We would have liked to have someone at the desk when we got there (it was only 4:00 pm so not an unreasonable hour to check into a hotel).

The location was great, we chose it for the proximity to the Christmas market and it was in an excellent location for that. Also close the the main shopping and train station

While the shower was great, the plastic shower curtain was not functioning perfectly. The curtain either got stuck on the body (because of the hot air pressure) or it does not block the water. I had one night that my bathroom was a bit flooded.

The location was just perfect in the middle of the city, as it is self-stated in the name. Nearby there is a big indoor parking to leave the car and then explore the city. The rooms are basic but meet the need, the beds were really comfortable. We had good rests there.

Shower curtain too long, shower drained way too slowly so my feet were flooded in 7 or 8 cms of water — gross. No place to rest the soap or shampoo in the shower. Toilet paper was as stiff as actual paper. The wifi would completely die (go kaputt) for a few minutes at a time intermittently.

Staff was very helpful and gave great restaurant picks. The location was excellent, within a 10 minute walk of the main Christmas markets and sights and dozens of restaurants. We loved the nearby church bells which played a tune or chimed every hour; quietly during the night. A breakfast cafe is accross the street.

The reception was not manned, neither at my late arrival, nor at departure in the morning. It works out, but it is easier to deal with a person.

Central location. Relatively spacious room. Plenty of bars and cafeteria on the doorstep, so this compensates for the lack of a breakfast in the hotel.

A bit gloomy in the room but for the price in this location I wouldn't want to be negative.

This hotel is in the perfect location to explore Stuttgart and the surrounding area. Very basic and no frills but clean and well priced. We arrived at 11 and despite a 2pm check in the room was ready and they let us in.
