My room was looking onto the street, so it was a bit noisy.

Location is great, very close to public transport. Breakfast room is quite spacious, so it's really easy to find a table. Food and drinks are good. Room is very clean, wifi is working. I didn't see any AC, so I'm not sure how is it when it's hot outside.

I thought I had only booked hotels with A/C, but I made a mistake and the room did not have air conditioning, which made it difficult to sleep. We needed to keep the windows open to cool the room down but that caused the considerable noise from the street below to keep us awake all night. There was only one elevator for the entire hotel which meant that we often waited for the elevator to arrive. The room was so small that we were only able to lay one suitcase out at a time to open it up, even though we had three people and three suitcases in the room.

The hotel was well situated and was easy to get to from the main train station, on the M10 tram line. It was easy to travel around the city from the hotel. The room was small but it had enough outlets for all of us. The breakfast was good and had a wide variety of things to eat. The staff were helpful, especially when one group wanted to switch rooms. The staff worked with them to make the change.

Very uninspiring rooms, with the tiniest TV screen I have ever seen and hospital / monastery feeling in general... but the place does the job for me (location, good bed, clean shower and edible breakfast).

Considering to stay more than one night, at least a kettle to make tea or instant noodles as well as a (small) fridge would be a nice-to-have.

Equally fast and pleasant check-in experience, great location (> only 15min to Berlin Main Station with M10), nice breakfast, pretty good value for money – anytime again.

I missed having a kettle in the room, I asked for one but they told me that it wasn't possible. At least they offered me hot water for a cup tea every night.

Clean tidy and really well located with trams stopping outside the door almost and a station 5 mins walk. I stayed for the weekend and ran Berlin half marathon whilst I was here. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again and recommend.

There was no kettle/fridge in my room, which wasn’t a problem for my short stay, but wouldn’t be perfect for a longer one.

The tram and metro stations are nearby, or you can enjoy the walk to the city centre, the district felt nice and safe. I loved the big window in my room!

Parking is a bit tricky in Berlin. The hotel does offer parking for 30Euro /day.

Good breakfast. Room is simple but clean. Hotel stuff are friendly and willing to help. They also replies to email very in time.

Aside from Boris, staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. We had a problem with the room which smelt of stale cigarettes and the staff were reluctant to move us. Very disappointing as was travelling with children and we were all tired from a long overnight hourney on the train. We were then moved to a room which had no water or kettle as advertised. We were given a partial refund due to the standard of the room but it didn't really make up for the terrible service. Water overflowed from showers as there was an inadequate shower screen in the new room and there was very poor ligting.

Location was good and breakfast spread was decent.
