The check-in time is limited to 8 p.m.

The beds were confortable and the size of the bedroom was enough for two people. The location was nice too because it is a walking distance from the main train station.

good value for the price and very near to the location we had a meeting. We had a lot of space and there was even a fridge. The place was relatively quiet for inside a city and the nights very quiet. The windows had roller blinds and on top light-tight curtains.

The kitchen was temporary closed and so difficult to have a breakfast in the district.

Very loud! You can hear every squeak around! Not even a cup for water in the room. The staff is not around late in the evening and even during check out time was no one around, so just left the keys on a counter.

Comfortable beds. Fridge in the room. Free parking and no charge for pets. Old building with some charming character. Reasonably priced for what you are getting.

The room inside is very old. It is clean and maintained, but the furniture shows its age.

Location is excellent, it is close to the Messe area and also to the restaurants (for example the fabulous African Queen). It was overally quite convenient.

The rooms feel a little close, but the space is utilised very well. Perhaps an offering of breakfast early although we didn’t state that we were leaving very early. Nothing really from our brief stay stood out as worthy of dislike.

Friendly and helpful staff and was able to feel welcome, Location was perfect for a quick taxi-tram ride from the train station. And was only 15 minutes to the Airport. A lovely waz to spend an evening in Frankfurt, centrally located with a lot of areas for dining.

did not get breakfast as we would not had got it till 1000 and we had a early start, parking can be difficult. no lift provided had to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs

Just one thing, the floor of the room. It was in wood and despite be cover for a carpet make a lot of noi when I walk, but this details never interfere with my sleepy time. I was more worried to wake up the people in other rooms

Despite the room is quite small, have everything I needed. The team always respond fast, waited for me for the check in, despite my train had a delay and have a great location to the center of Frankfurt and also is pretty close to different restaurant and coffees

The check-in process was no-contact and pretty seamless. The only problem was that I didn't know about it beforehand. I showed up to a locked door and no information. I had to call them to find out how to check in and access my room. I would have appreciated a quick message saying something along the lines of "no-contact check-in, here is the code for the key locker, here is how to find your room...etc".

I like the room, although it was a little cold. There was also no plug next to the bed, although this was a very minor point.

Dirty floor, no breakfast ever since Corona but didn't inform beforehand. No staff at the counter most of the time. The hair dryers provided didn't work.

They changed the towels. They have a key box in front of the door to make picking up of the room keys easier. Special design of the room

The walls were a little thin, and the locks seemed a little flimsier.

The location and wifi was great, the rooms were clean, with a mini fridge in the room. Friendly staff!

Great host, spacious accommodation and value for money. We had left some belongings in the room and these had already been sent back before we noticed!
