We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The hotel is well located. Very close to the airport and right in the middle of a large shopping district. Very close to Messe Berlin, which was great for work. The tourist bus stops right in front of the hotel, where the beautiful zoological gardens are located. The service was being impeccable, from the front office team to the room service team they were all so professional, helpful, and friendly. I loved the room service breakfast, so substantial, and served beautifully. It's definitely one of the best hotels in town and I would highly reccomend for both business and leisure travelers

Location is great. We had a lovely x’mas market right outside of the Hotel. Breakfast was a great selection and served till 12pm, which was handy for lazy mornings. Staff were very cordial and helpful. Overall a great stay.

United KingdomIf you really really push me for something, perhaps the room is lacking one extra bright light as it can be quite dim when getting ready, but really, that didn't stop me from wanting to come back very soon!
From beginning to end, this hotel was just a breath of fresh air! From the time I booked, the staff were great to communicate with, I asked for our two rooms to be close and we were given two adjacent rooms. Here is a list to make it easy; -The hotel was easy to find, a train from the airport and a short walk from the station. -Very friendly welcome at check-in - Very nice rooms in the recently refurbished part, spacious, nicely decorated, and for a change they have thought of everything to make life easy around the room, from plenty of sockets to light switches (snazzy high-tech ones) from any side of the room. -Spacious bathroom with a bath and shower - Although I try to spend the least amount of time in bed on holidays as there is too much to do and see, it was really nice getting back to that bed and that bedding. Super comfy and you can order any type of pillow you need! - Very caring and considerate staff who really made a huge difference as I had a bad cold and I was given a tray full of Ginseng Tea, honey, biscuits and a handwritten card with a very nice get well soon message (thank you lovely lady! sorry I have forgotten your name) - The pool/spa area was easy to get to without having to walk through the lobby in a robe and slippers. The pool was nice and warm, and the staff there were very friendly and helpful - You do need to pay extra for the sauna and the dress code is nude. I only gave it a miss as I had nowhere to keep my tissue! But joking aside, I definitely want to try a massage, the cold water plunge pool, and the sauna next time when I'm virus-free. - The breakfast was great, and I appreciated that we didn't have to squeeze it in and stress about it in the morning as they served breakfast till midday (check hours as timings change around the year). The staff in the restaurant were a delight to see every morning. -The area where the hotel is located is the nicest and most bustling part of Berlin!

NetherlandsThe smokers cabin is next to the entrance/lobby of the hotel. For non smokers not very pleasant if the wind treats you with an disgusting smell while you get checked in. This is by the way, done by very professional and attending staff.
The friendly staf, that is so helpful. The hygiene that was spotless. And in the rare case of (minor) issues, the problem solving attitude in which the guest was first priority and not the cost for the hotel! Great work Palace team. And also respect for the operational manager, who not only finds a solution in a motivatie way , but also checks if everything is as it should be. Bravo.
