The rooms get really warm in the summer and the AC doesn't cool enough. Maybe a kettle would have been nice to have in the room as well.

The rooms are so nice and comfortable. There is everything you might need in there. My favorite are the bluetooth speakers in every room and the posssibility to borrow yoga mats at the reception.

Wi-Fi left things to be desired (shaped to 10/10 mbit, no encryption) so needed to rely on mobile internet. In the warm August weather it could use more ventilation (no A/C on principle due to ecological impact, which I can get behind; mobile units were offered if it went too warm, which we didn't use), but that's climate change for you. All in all, minor nitpicks for an otherwise excellent stay.

Very cool vibe from the hotel - a boutique hotel that does its music theme very well. The idea of an LP player in every room with albums to pick up at the reception is great. Friendly staff, was able to drop off luggage on the day of check in and check out. Great location (easy connections to tram / S-Bahn, close to Deutsches Museum). The rooms were very comfortable. Plenty of power sockets and lighting zones - something I really appreciate. I feel it was good value for money.

The staff at breakfast was not welcoming and we felt like the breakfast choice was quite limited even if tasty.

It was an easy walk to the city centre, so that's not even that bad. It could have been closer, but it was actually fine. I had dinner once (fries with some sauces), the food was not the best. I don't know about breakfast though, because I haven't had that.

The room was very spacious, bed was comfortable. I had to work on some stuff so I spent a lot of time in the lobby, staff was nice, ambience is nice, and they make very good coffee.

The pillows were dreadful - no structure at all so you ended up lying completely flat with no support. No air conditioning in the room so had to leave the windows wide open which was so noisy - had 3 very sleepless nights here! No tea or coffee facilities which felt a bit strange for a city hotel

Location was excellent - less than a 10 minute walk away from the train station (train from the airport goes directly here so was very easy). Hotel was immaculate, reception staff very friendly and helpful and the quirky decor was very cool. Bottled water in the rooms, shower was fantastic and toiletries smelled amazing!

The single room faces the inner coutyard and for that reason remains rather dark (but good for sleeping). I had to ask to get the room cleaned on my second day as it was not cleaned on the first day - don't know if by omission or not.

Nice facilities in the room, excellent shower and bathroom, the single bed was rather large, modern design, fast internet.

The bathroom set up is a little weird. The shower is just curtained off so not super private. Also the WiFi was very slow so it would be hard if that was needed for work

Lack of kettle

I like the many many plugs , the good hair dryer , the location , the lovely restaurant/bar . Staff are super friendly , location is excellent . If I could change one thing , I would love a kettle in the room ( I would bring my own tea/coffee ) I have been back many times and will keep coming back

Our room had an awkward layout. There was no shower door and water on the floor could be slippery. Lighting in bathroom was not bright enough.

All the staff we encountered were friendly and engaging. The location is very convenient located next to a transit stop.

Great location on the centre of Munich. A short walk from the Deutsches Museum and the Moffatwerk. Tram stop almost outside the front door and a short walk from the underground.
