Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It would have been nice to have a smaller, hand towel in the bathroom. I had two large bath towels instead. Very minor issue.
The hotel loaned me an electric kettle and a mug, so that I could make tea for myself in my room. The little restaurant was also very nice. Good food, and I had a nice glass of dry Riesling with my meal.

The only issue is traffic noise in the room but I knew of this in advance so it was not a problem. I think traffic noise is over before 10pm so really a non issue for most people. Parking is difficult for a big car - I scratched mine on a pillar.
Simple, clean perfect for a business stop between flights. Good shuttle bus - free from Frankfurt airport arrivals to the hotel, 6 euros each from hotel to airport arrivals. Breakfast was good but at 16 euros a bit pricey if you only fancy a coffee and cake. Bar was good, it had a restaurant but I did not eat there.

Wasn’t there long enough to notice
Our flight got delayed and we stayed here- close to airport, clean and staff were really friendly and we were happy that the bar was open even though we got there at 11pm! Good shuttle bus service

The breakfast choice is just okay and expensive for what you get. Nürnberger sausages not even fried properly and were white!!!! Should be browned on all sides!! Terrible! The air con didn’t work properly in my room and was very stuffy. Opening the window didn’t help.

Information on where to catch the shuttle from the airport was not precise enough. I missed the 22:15 shuttle and had to take a taxi to the hotel because after getting off my flight I somehow exited the airport on the departure level, but the shuttle picks up from the arrivals level.
Clean, comfortable and nott too far from the airport.

My room was on the first floor, which was fine, but I had to search for it. When I got out of the elevator the sign pointed me to the right however, the fire doors (?) where closed and didn't have signage on them that I had to look for my room beyond them. So it took me a minute.
Breakfast was good, but w little expensive, also I had paid for the breakfast upon arrival the night before, but was told in the morning that my name was not on the list to receive breakfast. I got it straightened out though.

The shower cabin was not very clean, damaged and had some mould. However, I reported this and they said they would fix it. I cannot recommend the dinner either. It is industrial food, not enough and totally overpriced. It's better to go to the local supermarkets and buy something (usually cheaper, more filling and maybe healthier).
Breakfast is standard for Ibis hotels and good. In general, value for money for a stay, especially for 1 night stay to travel via airport.

ROOM HEATING SYSTEM WAS NOT AS GOOD AS IT COULD HAVEBEEN. OVERALL IT WAS GOOD.
HOTEL WAS CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT AND AMMENITIES AS WELL ASCLEANLINESS WERE GOOD. THE SHUTTLE SERVICE FROM THE AIRPORT IS ALSO GOOD .
