I could listen neighbors guests during night and there was kind of light bad smell in the bed, it was only in one room and was very light so we ignored it.

The third 'bed' in our junior suite wasn't a bed. It was a hard, fake leather-covered bench/banquette. It was covered in a sheet that couldn't be tucked in or properly secured, so it slipped around during the night. Also, the air-conditioning couldn't be turned to a temperature lower than 21 degrees.

Very comfortable room; staff were very friendly; good breakfast provided. Very good location near the river, providing a pleasant walk towards the Frankfurt Old Town, albeit quite a distance, but good views along the way, plus opportunities to vary your route if you are walking to attractions and eating places. Not too far from the main train station and gives you a quieter more relaxed location to stay than if you stayed any closer to the main station. Trams are not far away, but I did not use any, so can't comment on them. If you stay in Frankfurt, I highly recommend taking a booked walking tour - there is more to Frankfurt than you initially think. The hotel kindly looked after my luggage after check-out as a I had a full day to wait for my flight home; this service was very much appreciated.

The staff didn't seem to know much about our booking. When we arrived he had to check if the room had been cleaned and was ready (1,5 hour after check in time). Next morning they knocked on the door to ask if we were checking out and at what time... At breakfast there wasn't anywhere to sit and the buffet was almost out of everything.

The door lock could use an upgrade. The bed for the 3rd pax is a PVC day bed which is hard. Please consider layering it with a mattress.

My hairdryer didn't work on the room(I forgot to say) - the bathroom was vey small - No Kettle s- being British I really missed my morning and evening cup of tea!

I was very frustrated with the staff. I spoke with the front desk on Saturday and advised I had an early morning flight the next day. I specifically asked if coffee was available at 0530. "Oh yes, coffee is available 24 x 7 and my colleague would be happy to help you in the morning" was the response. Sunday morning I checked out of my room at 0545 and asked for coffee before my cab to the airport. The Gentleman at the front desk proceeded to give me an elaborate song and dance that it was Sunday, peaked into the breakfast room, and advised no coffee available - sorry! No coffee service in the room - no coffee in the lobby - not what I expect from the Accor hotel group.

Very good European style buffet with the usual mix of meats, cheese, cakes, granola & yogurt. 2 coffee machines and both were working!

It's a decent hotel. When I got in the room- the sofa bed was broken. And... it wasn't all that clean. The floor was pretty dirty. It's a challenge to get to the parking garage if youre driving- and very limited parking on the street. 20 euro per night for the garage. All stairs from the garage to the check I'm counter. The breakfast is 17 euro- but it was good.

Expensive parking(but underground and safe) and we had to pay for bringing a pet, these 2 costed 80 euros more for our 2 days stay
