We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

LithuaniaWe stayed for 4 nights and the cleaning service wasn't very good. Sometimes they wouldn't replace all the towels, they wouldn't clean the floor. The hotel staff didn't greet me when I arrived and wouldn't say hi whenever I saw them. Overall I wouldn't stay at the same place again, if I found something else with a comparable price I would choose the other option.
The hotel is okay but nothing extraordinary. We chose it for a better price than for the city centre.

The bed was comfortable and the room was as well equipped as you could wish for at this price. It is located right next to a busy road but the double glazing on the windows is good enough that noise isn't really an issue.

SpainI arrived late due to my flight being slightly delayed, however the receptionists smile was there to welcome me. She had already had a busy day due to unexpected guests arriving (probably due to flights being stranded in MUC not being able to continue to LHR). The room was spacious and clean, the hotel had a small bar and a dining area for breakfast. They also had fridges for midnight drinks and snacks, very attentive! I had breakfast the first day but very disappointing, maybe I was late (10:00) but there was very little left and the welcome was very cold, colder 🥶🥶 than the Bavarian mountains in January!!) the price didn’t help, €17 😱😱😱 Otherwise great stay, clean and comfy!

TurkeyCoffee was free in ibis style hotel in berlin but it was not free in here. There is no bath curtain this cause splashing the water everywhere in bath. Toileteries were not enough.( there was not slippers) There was no fridge in the room also, there wasn’t wardrobe.

The location of the hotel was 7-8 minutes walking to the metro, you can reach the center very quickly in 4 stops by metro. There are also 2 Rewe supermarkets near the hotel, which was useful. The neighborhood where the hotel is located was nice and decent, we did not encounter any problems. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. It met everything we expected from the hotel.
