Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

- the room so small that I didn’t know where I can open the luggage, - super soft pillows that were completely flat, - the materace soft and not comfortable

After a flight being cancelled it was a stressful time trying to organise flights and accommodation. So on arrival we had to do our own check in . Not seeing a person is unusual .
The rooms and facilities were excellent.

We had a morning flight and needed accomodation close to the airport. From this point of view the location was perfect. The self check-in procedure was quick and simple. We also ordered a parking spot, it's also was without problems. Room fitted with fridge and cooking pan, and cultery, so no problems with breakfast.

The store may have some more basic things like neutral cookies, muesli bars, cream crackers, dry fruits, small packets of cheese for those who do not want a big breakfast. The website should be updated with clear information on transport. The description said within walkable distance from the airport - that is far from true. Public transport stops at 20,30, and the shuttle bus at 22.30. The location of the bustops- both at the airport (which has many floors) and near the apartment, the timings of the availability should be indicated in the digital folder the visitor gets upon arrival.
The apartment has everything one needs and is neat and clean. The bed is comfortable but a bit too small for two persons. One can cook simple pasta (available in the hotel store) in the in-built kitchen, but we did not cook. The quality of the coffee served is quite good. The pizzaria next door is very good.

No shops or restaurants nearby.
Close to the airport. Clean, comfortable, and new. Exactly as the pictures. Very efficient self check-in system.

Room was a bit warm and temperate control wasn't quite working. Bed could have been a little bigger for 2 people.
Modern, easy check in process, all automated. Studio has a kitchen and everything you need, even a stove and a coffee maker. Great value for money. Bus takes you to airport in 7 min.

No air conditioning. So it was very uncomfortable to sleep even with the window open.

The pillows were a bit soft for my taste

The check-in process was very very confusing and each person I witnessed checking in also had issues. There should be more food for sale.

You don’t get to see the staff incase anything with the smart stuff doesn’t work (which might happen). Its not too complicated though.
The fact that this hotel is one of a kind i.e. a smart hotel with everything computerized. Very clean, modern and equipped with everything needed.

The cleaning crew didn't reup on the toilet paper and clean towels. The receptionist didn't give the door card and gave my sister in law my room.
I like the suites. They're comfortable and clean. It even had a stove to coke from and there was a supermarket in the airport to buy before going to the apartment.

This place was great! Super soft sheets, spacious room and nice amount of plates, glasses and even a pot and pan. Shower was also nice and good water pressure. The room had a good hair dryer. I would recommend!
