However, some staff were a little less friendly, the bar manager (I think) was a bit short with us and a waiter at breakfast time who was not happy that we sat down, even though we had been told by another member of staff to sit down. So that will be remembered unfortunately!

The location was great for the places we wanted to visit. The beds were comfy and the rooms were decorated lovely. The sauna was an added bonus!! There were a couple of exceptionally lovely receptionist, who were helpful and friendly.

I found that the light was a bit poor for reading neither in the bed or in the arm chairs!

It was good for walking distance to everything, many comunications options nearby! Very good breakfast! Quiet and safe area! Nice when there are two armchairs in the room! Next to the Museum islands and Humboldt Univerity!

There was an odd smell from the sewer system, we didn’t get turn down service. We didn’t get our garbage taken out, we didn’t get water put into the room.. We went downstairs to buy bottle of water from the bar and the chairs were all over the place, while the longhaired bartender was getting the water i strained up the chairs. When we paid for the water, we wished a good night and the bartender yelled : “Are you forgetting something?” … And I asked what? He said the chairs. I kindly explained that the chairs were all over the place and having the bartending background wanted to kindly help a fellow bartender, he made me put the chairs in the “unorganized way” again which was ridiculous! Will not stay there again…

The room was very cold at the first time, we wanted to change the temperature but they said we cannot since the system is automatically (it was strange because first room we got was warm). The first room we got upon arrival was for disabled people, but we could manage to change it.

Tha location of the hotel is very nice, close to both Alexanderplatz and Brandenburg Gate (by foot). Metroline U2 also very close. The rooms are very clean and the bed is so comfty. We had a problem with AC but the maintenance guy (from Poland) was so helpful and kind (he made our day).

The hotel is very good located - close to the underground station, walking distance from Museum Insel and Aleksanderplatz. There is a possibility of renting bike at the reception with a good price. We got the room on 6th floor with nice view. Nothing to complain about :)

we arrived in the morning so we left our baggage in the hotel and come back 15mins before 3pm to check in and i ask the receptionist if we can check in 10mins early because my baby is really tired and crying because he wanted to sleep but they said the room is not yet ready 😭 so we waited 10mins more then checked in but when we go to our room it’s not the same room that i booked so i go back to the reception to ask for the room that i booked.

Fitness center could have more weights instead of just cardio and one machine.

Great location! Right beside a U Bahn station and right next to Unter den Linden and Museum Island. Lovely selection of breakfast and staff that we encountered were very nice. The room itself was very comfortable and loved the little kitchen area with the ability to make a coffee.

I like that there are a lot of federal organizations and foreign embassies around. The place seemed very safe. The location of the hotel allows reaching any desired place in the center of Berlin very quickly.

I have a one year old baby. She was exhausted and I sent a kindly request to the hotel just for 1 hour earlier check in and got a negative response or a paid choice. It was about 30 mins earlier to the check in time , they still made us waited there even the room was already ready. Not a good attitude but I liked the hotel overall.

The location is very good and clean. It is easily reachable. The breakfast is nice. The rooms are clean.
