We've been fortunate to stay here previously when travelling with work colleagues and it never disappoints. Communication regarding contactless check-in was super clear and easy to understand and it was great to enter the villa and the air-con already be on! (it simply doesn't happen enough when I'm travelling in FNQ!) It worked out more cost effective as a group of 2 work colleagues to stay at the Villa than other accommodation in town and why wouldn't we want to stay in a place that feels like a home away from home! The beds are super comfy, great sized living area and the deck with the view of the water... perfect!

Stunning modern self contained villa that was well stocked with everything you’d need for a home away from home. Comfortable beds, lots of towels and extra blankets. Washing and drying facilities were so convenient. Good location close to the Ibis store and waterfront cafes. Check in and out was seamless. Lots of information provided for transport options and tours available. Highly recommend and will return again.

2 things I found negative were the size of the TV in our unit was ridiculously small 🥺 I think it was like 32” it was very hard to really see much on a small screen, we did notice that the villa next door had a large TV screen & the air-con in the second bedroom didn’t work very well & it was noisy plus it didn’t help that all the fans also were on one speed - slow, I did mention this to the caretakers that were there everyday but nothing changed up to the day we left. I was also very disappointed that we never got any fresh beddings, I did ask if we can get clean sheets/pillow cases & I was told by the man looking after the place that we had to wash our own bedding if we wanted fresh linen, that is not acceptable ….for the amount of money we spent you would think fresh linen would have been dropped off considering how hot TI is, you wake up hot & sweaty…for the 2wks my daughter did not get good nights sleep in the second bedroom that had the non-working aircon…not good or comfortable 🥺

No breakfast, location was good short walk to the Main Street/shops/beach, bed/pillow was super comfortable…I loved the separate shower/toilet. The kitchen had most of the usual utensils to cook & dine…I really loved the set up of the villas

Main television was too small and could have used a t.v in the main bedroom.

Property was clean, all ammenities that were listed were there. It was perfect for our family of four. Shops were within walking distance and the view of the ocean was beautiful.

Tariff is steep for what you get, expected a far nicer outlook. View is ordinary to say the least. I know the owners have no control over the adjacent property. However be prepared to walk on to your balcony from Villa 1to the sight of a derelict house. The "water view" is a wonderful elevated view of Villa 2s balcony with water glimpses. gardens appear unkept. 9:00am check out is a bit rough in my opinion. We had a fantastic time on T.I. The locals are laid back nice people. This accommodation in itself is very good but just don't expect panoramic water views from Villa 1 at least.

Location was good. Decor and furnishings comfortable and attractive. Cleaning staff were lovely people.

It's definitely overpriced, no doubt. Not because I’m greedy for money—no. But because it simply doesn’t cost that much. Eventually, I decided to stay there because there was no alternative on the island.
