To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

LithuaniaAlthough the room was comfortable, it lacked cleanliness. There was a lot of dust, cobwebs in the corners, torn and dirty curtains. The bathroom is quite worn. Smell was too intensive in the common areas.
The hotel is well located in the city center. Museum Island, the Brandenburg Gate are within walking distance, and the rest of the city is easily accessible by public transport from the nearby Friedrichstrasse station. The reception staff were polite, answered questions clearly. The room was quite comfortable. Breakfast was good enough.

It stands just in front of the station, from which we can directly come to Brandenburg Airport. The station has many stores including a supermarket.

TurkeyHotel locates near Berlin central station(one station far by train) , and 15 min. flat road walking from Brandenburger gate(&Unter den Linden) and The Reichstag. Although it’s city center, soundproof of room is enough and didn’t hear noises. Staffs are helpful and breakfast varieties are almost like 5 star hotel. There are also many good restaurants and shops around here.
