Too many kids. This is a youth hostel so it was full of kids. What could have been a very quiet and relaxed ambient was disturbed by large groups of young kids and students. Was located far from city center, but easy to access with metro.

This place had great facilities. Had a good breakfast included in price. Reasonable prices for dinner and lunch. Staff were great, very helpful. Overall, a very pleasant atmosphere.

There were a few wall outlets in my 6 bunk bed room but not enough if the room was at capacity for the night for everyone to charge their phones and they were not super convenient locations either.

Staff were amazing, so friendly, and very proficient in English. Cold breakfast was decent, especially considering cost. Felt very safe here my entire stay. The bed's are firm, but the rooms are clean.

I didn’t realise that this was more of a young family camp hostel. The facilities were nice and modern but very much like a High School. For some reason hostels like this think you should make your own bed on arrival - giving you prison standard bed sheets that won’t comfortably fit the mattress, so it’s hard to get a good nights sleep. It was 22 degrees outside, the room was roasting hot and the window would barely open, meaning we were dripping with sweat whenever in the room. I get there’s kids that stay in hostels but for a room of adult guests, and no aircon, we should be allowed to have a room that has a window that can open more than 10mm. No towels or soap included for the toilet, again this is very meagre even for a hostel. Location wise - there’s Cafe May near the UBahn Station which does gorgeous cakes and sandwiches. There is also Leo’s Pub and Restauraunt which does fantastic food and was showing all the Euros Matches, a 20 min walk down a country path.

The family room included a good shower and toilet. Table and chairs and wardrobe. The staff were helpful. There were a couple of TV rooms and outside seating to have an evening meal in the sunshine.

1. The wall lights in the room could have been re-angled such that no light falls onto the beds. 2. The water in the urinals does not flush properly.

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean (6 bed female-only room). Great breakfast, even with some vegan options. Simple but good.

Location is quite outside the city center, but there's a bus running close by. During breakfast it is very noisy.

The dorms are small and thus not so hectic or loud. Shared bathrooms are frequently cleaned. Large breakfast buffet with good coffee.
