We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Beer, drinks, sweets available at open bar 24/7, you pay when checkout, thus convenient. Okay breakfast, but not your best experience. Very nice coffee machine.

United KingdomWe were unable to make use of the spa as access was only permitted between 5-9pm and we would have liked access in the morning before starting our days as once out and about coming back earlier than planned just to access the spa didn’t fit in with our arrangements especially as we had been eating out s as no drinking wine as part of our holiday.
Our room had excellent facilities and enabled us to self cater easily. The honesty arrangement for refreshments and rapid pizza delivery service was also much appreciated.

everything but especially the attention to detail everywhere from the artful displays of outdoor treasures on the dining tables and throughout the inn to the crisp fresh bed linens and comfy duvet. Also Mia and Stefan the owners were charming, attentive and very welcoming. the entire staff was very friendly.

United Kingdomthe spa was closed by 20.00pm and did not open until 16.00pm so we were unable to use it, the rooms were much smaller then on the photos, the walls very thin so one could hear everything from the room next door, the dinner had to be taken by 19.15 with quite a limited menue.
The location was very peacefull, quiet in pretty rolling hills

Oman- I was kept waiting for more than 20 minutes at reception to have someone makes my check-in !! - No hot water in bathroom when I arrived and no one in reception to help. I couldn’t get use of bathroom because of freezing water. Luckily, hot water came back at morning (I don’t know how). When I told the guy in reception about the issue, nothing was offered as an apology. - Balconies are out dated and need serious renovation. - The hotel is quite over-priced !
