You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

GermanyThe first night I got the room above the kitchen, it was very noisy., I couldn't sleep until 2 am and I woke up before 6 from the noise again. But thanks to the helpful staff I got another room for the second night and then everything was fine.
The room was spacious, clean, very friendly, and helpful staff.

The breakfast buffet was much better than I expected for a Hostel (and even for a hotel in that price range). Though it is a hostel, my room felt more luxerious than in many hotels I have been for work travels.

As long as you accept that Sleps is a youth hostel and there is likely to be lots of young people staying there then it is an excellent place to stay in Augsburg. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Food in the canteen is good and excellent value. Rooms are fairly small but functional. We used the secure bike room for our bikes which was perfect for our needs.

AustriaThis is more for booking.com, but a place shouldnt have parking listed if you need to call ahead and reserve, as well as pay extra for. The walls were broken and falling in, while there was no hot water in the sink.
Beds were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was quite good. Check in staff were friendly.
