Staff are amazingly helpful and supportive, there was specifically one male receptionist who takes the night shift and he was superb helpful and friendly and helped my mum as well!

Everything was perfect except for it cleanliness, the window area was so dirty so i had to clean it myself.

Breakfast, location, room and staff were already perfect! Pillows are also perfect because it were special pillow and the bed was also comfortable.

Good location near all nice Japanese places. Nice design, beautiful and practical. Some cool things like a sliding door to blackout the room. The breakfast is also very good and with a nice view!

It was missing some essentials, like a tea and coffee maker. As many others have pointed out - AC controls are confusing (though the actual AC worked very well and was noiseless), having just one blanket for two people isn't a great choice.

Excellent location for the 'Little Tokyo' experience. Some playful references to Japan in the decorations. Having a few bottles of free water was a nice touch, too.

The room had airflow but was still too hot for us. Especially after showering as the warm air stayed in the room. With 30+ weather not ideal. The staff helped and provided a fan which helped.

Very nice staff, they were really helpful and the location is great. Breakfast was also nice at the 11th floor. Also one of the beter hotel gyms we’ve been ti.

Honestly the value for money is my biggest issue. The hotel is very nice and offers a lot of comfort but it is way overpriced. I was expecting a lot more. If money is not an issue for you, you'll enjoy your stay, but if you're someone who is more careful about their spending and wanted to treat yourself, you'll leave disappointed. It's not that much better than other hotels which are half price or even cheaper. There's no kettle, coffee maker or nice toiletries either.

The location, staff and cleanliness were all impeccable. The bed was very big and comfy. The shower was nice and spacious as well. Overall, the room looked very good.

Bar was quite expensive, we left our bags off because we couldn’t check in till 3 and when we came back they gave us other peoples bags.
