The location of the Hotel was great, we could access public transport very easily and it was in the heart of the City.

It took us awhile to find the hotel from the train station. However all was good afterwards. (It would have been nicer if the breakfast was included and a fridge in the room would be great).

Staff was a bit cold but polite and decoration was nothing special since it's a big hotel chain.

Beautiful breakfast with a view on the city. Very fresh, tasty and a lot to choose from ! Spacious room with good amenities, nice bathroom products too and good shower. Location was perfect to visit the city by foot and we had a special price for the parking under the building.

The finish of the interior of the bathroom needed some work. The paint on the bottom of the door was gone and a baseboard of the shower was loose,

Our room had an amazing view of the Freiburg Münster. It was very quiet, had a lovely bathroom and a sleek, modern interior. We came with high expectations and they were certainly met!

Check in and out took the longest for all of the hotels on our trip , and after riding motorcycles in the heat , we just wanted to get out of our gear and showered, also by the time we got our bikes to the barrier on the way out, the 15 mins time out had expired due to the time it took to check us out, and we had to wait for assistance. The bar area and facilities were all closed, so for the price of the hotel, versus the facilities advertised it was a little disappointing. But it was centrally located so didn't really cause an issue to us. They did have a vending machine in reception with beers and drinks if required.

The room was very modern, had a lovely balcony overlooking the old town, and air conditioning, robes etc, and large corner windows. The bathroom was also a good size with a large shower and lots of toiletries. Very close to the old town, and lots of bars and restaurants close by. Parking was under the hotel in a public paid car park , but the hotel has its own level and we were lucky to be located by the lift, and also had peak and off peak rates. Breakfast was very good and lots of choice.

Hotel's policy that in each room must be adult person. My wife and I, had to decide if we stay at different rooms or same room but separate bed. Also some small refrigerator could be useful.

The location is superb, very close to downtown, but not inside so transportation is very easy. The breakfast is also very good, many different options, so everyone was satisfied. The staff is kind and the view from both our rooms was fantastic (the black forest in one of them, downtown from the other).

the paintings in the room should be changed it is somewhat scary for my infant, he was crying every time he looked at those Room 305 also there was a big bug which I had to flush through the toilet

One of the 2 elevators was out of order. Waiting time for the elevator was long. If one does not get a parking place on the minus one floor, then it gets cumbersome from the P to the hotel room. Especially with only one elevator. A coffee machine in the room would be adequate for the room price. 😉
