Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Free parking for hotel guests would have been a welcome addition. The reception staff could have also been a little warmer

The receptionist at out arrival did not make us feel welcome. We stayed as a family in a Superior room and as such expected the sofa bed to at least have a mattress, but it didn't. The sofa was simply pulled out and a sheet was out over it. As such, it was very hard and very uncomfortable, when caused my husband back pains and bad sleep. The pillows were also too small and very flat.
The location is good because it has a store in walking distance. We also like the receptionist at our departure as he actually smiled.

The hotel is in a very good location. The rooms are very clean. We were allowed to enter the room early. The Turkish lady who started working on the day we stayed was very kind and helpful. Everything was great but I have a complaint. We forgot our son's toy in the room. We wanted to go up to the room to check the room before checking out. They didn't let us. They said they checked and there were no toys in the room. They said we could have taken them in our bags. But we were sure it wasn't in our bags. It was a valuable toy for us. Other than that, everything was great. All the staff and everyone at the reception were very good. Also, I bought it with breakfast included but they said it was a mistake and I bought the option without breakfast. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel.

Breakfast was pretty pricey even if the kids did go free!
Family room was amazing. The bar / restaurant area was much more friendly and cosy than most modern hotels. Well done

The gym needs a revamp. There isn't much equipment and it could do with a running machine and some free weights.
it was very easy to get to. The restaurant was very good - good food at a decent price - much better than what is offered at similarly priced hotels.

We requested an extra bed, and instead, we got the sofa bed, which was already included in the room. (Even though I requested the bed in advance and was confirmed by the hotel, the man at reception said there was no request, I had to show my messages on the app with the hotel) at the end reception arranged the bed. Breakfast was not so good, no bread in the buffet for a long time, they don't clean after the customers leave the tables (only dishes but not if someone leaves the egg covers dropped in the floor), we needed to look for cutlery. Perhaps they didn't have enough staff, but I won't be back. We had the plan to stay in our way back from our trip, but we cancelled our other reservation and stayed somewhere else for the same price (even a bit cheaper).

Very slow service at the dining restaurant. Only one men working and he was really trying his best to service everybody, but we could se that he would have needed assistance. We felt sorry for this waiter who did his best in the situation.

One parking place costs 17 euro!!! Breakfast costs 24 euro / person!!!
The room is spacious and clean and you have everything you need. Once you close the window curtains the room gets totally dark and you can sleep very well. .

Airconditin doesn't work well. It was quite hard to coll down the room.
