Skip the breakfast and go to a cafe instead. The The room was a little tight on space however the value makes any small inconvenience worth it.

The room was super clean, and the location was fantastic. Check-in is a little quirky but once you understand the keyless process it was not an issue.

Room was clean and decent size. Good location near Charité, there is a very good backery nearby if you don't book the breakfast, good transport connection.

The heating wasn’t working properly and when we stayed it was already (-10) cild outside. It was cold inside too. I would suggest the owner to let someone take a look at the heating of all rooms.

The location is very nice. The indoor parking is perfect for guests with cars. But..

The room was not super clean like under the beds or the bed side tables. There was a lot of acumulated dust clearly was not vacuumed in a while. The temperature of the room even with the heating on was not cozy. We could feel cold air coming from below the window slabs, the isolation is not great and should be improved.

Overall room size was good. The bed sizes were really good. The decoration was simple and nice.

No shower door meant the water splashes onto the floor a lot but for only one night I wasn't that bothered. The room is very spartan for that price (I realise it is Oktoberfest time and everywhere is more expensive however). Usually for 200 I would expect at least a tea/coffee kettle in the room.

Location is really great, very easy to the U-bahn and lots of places to eat around there also. Room was clean and check-in/ check-out was easy.

The room we stayed in had 2 windows that were ill placed, one looking into the shower and the other into the toilet area. The bathroom door was a sliding door, and it wasn't big enough to cover the opening of the bathroom door, it was lacking the privacy that one would want in a bathroom. It needed a shower curtain because the glass partition didn't stop the water from going onto the floor and running into the bedroom. The receptionist (not sure if that's his title) was unfriendly and appeared to be grumpy. Not sure if he liked his job or just tolerated us.

We loved the location, near the east train station. We liked how the room was divided with a sliding door so the other person could have some privacy.

Unman-reception each time I went down (during reception open hours). On day of departure I left my room to go to a shop briefly (before checkout time) and ended up being automatically checked out and struggled to get my bags out of my locked room. So clearer details on self-checkout need to be stated.

Rooms were always cleaned to a high standard with facilities meeting a good standard. Comfortable beds with desk, functional TV and bathroom. Situationed in an excellent area with an u-bahn station directly outside.

Shower window is too large for a three-person bedroom - maybe could be fixed by a clear matte foil or something. Bathroom was flooded quite easily as there is only a half wall instead of a door. Not a dislike, but as a note - no lift inside.

Really nice modern hotel close to the city center, very well connected. Spacious and clean room with very comfortable beds. Hotel is placed in the backyard, so it's really quiet inside. Having the keycard on the phone is the best thing ever. Breakfast had everything there.

unfortunately, for 2couples - room for 4 is not comfortable at all. the toilet/bathroom in one of the rooms and has two big inside windows in front of the bed. so everybody can see you on the toilet or half body when you are in the shower. also sliding door which doesn’t closed tightly. so it was very very stupid and uncomfortable. also window in other bedroom can’t be opened at all, so at night it was pretty stuffy.

clean and modern room for 4 people with two wide beds, two rooms separated with very thin door. parking for 5 cars available in the hotels courtyard.

There was a tick layer of dust under the beds, we figured that out by one of our kids who entered underneath and came back very dirty.

The location is really great, very convenient to access the city via public transport. Self-service check-in worked well. Comfortable bedroom and beds.

Family rooms at the second floor with no elevator is challenging when you’re travelling with an infant and need to carry the baby the luggage and the trolley up the stairs. why not put them on the ground floor ? communication very difficult through the booking mailbox (for instance we asked if there is an elevator as we have a small baby and only got an answer days later after calling and ending on the mk hotel central who had to re dispatch the question). generic email is sent upfront with lot of options to book like “no daily cleaning” or “late check out possible at a cost”. We took both. the first one was ignored and we got the feedback after a couple of days that late check out wasn’t available on that particular day. however in the checkout email we got again the offer to do a late checkout. why suggesting it when it’s actually not possible? everything online can be easier sometimes but in that case despite having a very quick check in it would have been nice to have an actual person to talk to. cleaning despite being apparently daily was very superficial and there was so much dust everywhere. good to know that the bathroom has no real wall and is actually a big window so if you’re travelling with friends you better be fine with limited privacy.

We booked 3 Car Parks and we were provided 2. we reached at midnight and searched for car park ourselves in unknown new town.... as there was no flexibility from hotel owners to park beside the hotel for short term. some of the rooms are really dark and small and one of our room had insects
