Perfectly located, walking distance to the Ski bus and trains taking you to Garmisch Classic and Zugspitze. Appartement was clean, comfy, kitchen well equipped. Staff exceptionally friendly (best to Michi and Ibrahim).

Location was great: next door to the train station, but without any noise from the trains. Apartment was very modern and clean, and the kitchen is fairly well-outfitted.

Everything was perfect.

The location was great, centrally and next to the train station and the Zugspitze bahn. The apartment was clean, well equipped and with a modern design. We stayed in the apartment n. 2. The bed and the sofa bed were very comfortable. Although near the train station, the room was totally soundproof. The staff was great and helpful, and promptly available when we needed. My family felt very welcomed. We’ll definitely come back next year for our ski holidays.

This was in a great location and easy to get to the ski lifts. We enjoyed walking around the town. The place had plenty of space for my 2 kids (18 & 20) & I to hang-out. Perfect kitchenette.

Moun10 is an excellent place, very new, great design, well equipped and very modern. Soundproofing is superb. TVs have all streaming services available. It has a feeling of a luxury hotel, but with a reasonable price. Hotel has a sauna which you can book and use with full privacy. It also has a gym which is open till midnight, maybe even 24 hours. Ibrahim at the reception was very friendly, offering all kinds of advices, tips and suggestions. Moun10 is centrally located, everything is at hand. It is right next to the train station, but you will hear no noise, no see any crowd. You will not go wrong with this choice.

Few things; the towel has a mildew smell. Needs wash properly. We turned down the floor heating all the way down but the room stayed warm the whole 4 days that we were there. We had to crack the sliding door open at night and due to this we cannot avoid the outside noise.

Everything! From the staff for the excellent customer service, cleanliness, location and amenities. There is additional fee for usage of sauna however, the fitness center is free for all guest. Note: Bring all your toilettries as this is a self service hotel.

A complimentary soap, shampoo/conditioner would be nice but good thing we brought our own just in case.

The location alone was fantastic. The check-in was smooth and room was clean, organized and modern with th view of the mountains and train station. Although it was right next to the garmisch station, you can barely hear the train sound (TV was louder). It's heated floor so the room was warm and cozy in the winter. Will definitely go back again soon.
