We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Czech RepublicA negative surprise was the closure of the entire wellness center with the pool during our stay. It's really a pity that the hotel could not inform about this in advance. We were not informed about this, for us, key condition even at check-in. Yes, the hotel offered free tickets to Therme 1, but the main reason we chose this hotel was the in-house wellness and thermal pool...
The hotel is very nice, all the staff are extremely nice, the breakfast is excellent. As always in this hotel.

PolandRoom was comfortable, and had small bed. What I was missing the most - was kettle for hot water in the room with possibility to make a tea.
Breakfast was very good. Big sort of meals. Helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking for free was advantage. Very helpful reception lady.

SlovakiaA bit old interior, not so good coffee and the "DIY" breakfast where you had to cut your own vegetables. - Cutting and cleaning vegetables on the buffet board was odd not hygienic.
Super friendly, helpful and professional staff. Had half board and the dinner was really good. The thermal pool and whirlpool was great. Furthermore, Dieter was the best waiter ever!

GermanyThis could be addressed as we were there. It is a failure on our part not having done it. A little look at the booking details might have helped in addressing my wife properly and not merely as a companion at the reception.
The 2 pools, fitness studio , spa lounge, hotel's location and merely the fact that we can stay all day long in the hotel and still can enjoy all the amenities it has. The breakfast was rich and very satisfying. The room was not that cozy, not that huge but was big enough for our needs. It is well ventilated in the toilet and the bedroom itself. I like their vintagy art of decorating the hotel. The personal is not intimidating friendly, approachable and attentive. Everyone's doing a good job. There is also a parking space available for free. I guess there is too much more to say but some things you have to see and experience for yourself. As always, we know all of these are God's loving provision and so we give Him the glory and thanks for it. P. S. We can always find something to criticize if we want to & definitely the hotel is not perfect. We choose to look past on things to criticize because they are tolerable. ''But godliness with contentment is a great gain. ''
