We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe room was very clean and spacious. It has a lot of lights, so you can set up the ambient per your needs. The bathroom was very clean, bright, and with all amenities - shampoo, shower gel, and liquid soap. A hairdryer is a default tool. The bed was great! The only downside is that the planes, during landing, pass low above the hotel. The windows have great sound isolation, but you can still hear low shushing sounds from the planes. THE BEST THING - at the moment of writing this, July 2025, Frankfurt has a policy for no flights between 23h (11pm) - 5h (5 am), so you'll sleep without any noise. I got to the hotel earlier (~11 am) than the check-in time (3 pm) and they still made efforts to provide me a room and let me check-in.

UkraineI loved the online portal where You can ask for extra amenities. I was so happy to ask for the slippers as I was stranded for two days without my luggage due to my flight cancellation. However my happiness was not long as I was called and informed that slippers are not available. The air condition was not working and it was 26+ degrees in the room. I tried to open the windows to cooldown a bit, but the planes descent just above the hotel and it is too noisy to keep them open.
