Our only criticism is we tried to call multiple times during the Saturday to request bath robes but no one picked up and the online ordering system kept malfunctioning (kept saying login wasn’t possible). This was disappointing as you expect a better level of service when you’re paying for a suite for three nights. That said the staff at reception were super helpful so perhaps it was just the room service that wasn’t functioning properly.

This is our favorite hotel in Berlin, we’ve stayed here twice now. The junior suites are really cool, and the music theme is very unique. Add to that a perfect location, great cocktails at the bar, and lots of little touches like the pink bread at breakfast, the popcorn machine and the free acoustic guitar rentals.

Room was only cleaned once, we had initially booked a room with river view but ended up receiving a suite with limited view looking at the walls on the side. When asked, the staff told us that they were unfortunately fully booked except that we would have been able to book the same room type via booking.com...standard excuse from hotels nowadays and sad since they could make clients happy with very little effort.

Size of the room (junior suite) is great for a family. Great common area and atmosphere outside. Dogs allowed.

Two issues. One of the TVs wasn’t working, which we reported to reception, but the maintenance person didn’t turn up until we were just about to leave several days later! Secondly, we ordered meals via room service at around 9:20 pm on the evening we arrived using the app, which accepted the order. When nothing had arrived by ten we went downstairs to be told that the kitchen had closed and our food would not be coming. Too exhausted from travelling to go out we had to make do with crisps and snacks from the machines in the lobby. This was not ideal.

It was an excellent suite, spacious, nice view of the river, with a fabulous bathroom and very comfortable bed.

Room was very small and directed towards the road. Not the hotel's fault, I could have requested a different one ;). When preparing online, it was not so immediately clear which side the room was facing. That could be improved. Breakfast was very crowded, the air a little "stale" (open windows). If you have local artists (like the Indian guy on Wednesday), they should be more "visible" (e.g., name, Instagram etc). These are all minor points. Overall I was very happy!

Super nice team! You rock it! I liked the bar, live music, very nice atmosphere. The food was very good (though could still improve just a little in terms of variety). Sitting outside watching the river with a great Gin Tonic is fabulous. Preparation of the travel online is a great thing.

If you drink decaffeinated coffee at breakfast, your only choice is granulated powder. Even your room comes with an espresso maker with decaf capsules. A letdown. The items for sale in the lobby are seriously overpriced. If you need something, the shopping mall with a supermarket is a 15-minute walk from the hotel.

Staff make every effort to ensure your stay is perfect.The location is great. It's a short walk to Arena, public transportation, and the East Side Mall.

Amazing hotel, very well located, close to the train station with a unique design vibe, the room was fantastic and the restaurant with the view on the river is really enjoyable, you can watch the sunset from there. They have a real gym with modern equipments. Will definitely go back!
