Pleasant accommodation in quiet surroundings in the outer area of Hamburg. Spacious room with balcony which we used a lot. Mosquito nets on the windows. English speaking staff at reception. Walking distance to a smaller center with some restaurants and shops. 25 minutes by bus into the city. We can definitely stay here again!

No drink facilities in room. No fridge. No fan or Aircon. (Very hot when we visited). Beds very hard.

Rooms are very basic. I understand the concept of it being an eco conscious hotel, but things like towels, pillows and duvets could definitely do with a replacement. The beds are also very low, which I didn't mind before but it's not the most comfortable if you're e.g. pregnant.

The location is great, not far from the airport and close to public transportation. Haven't had breakfast there but it always smells really nice. Staff is very nice.

The bed was very hard. I slept poorly and had back pain as I woke up.

We were there in July, so it was very hot in the room, especially at night. A bit too expensive (you pay extra for breakfast, parking) for the area

Blanket and pillow were not so comfy, also at the room we stayed in the windows were not opening.

New well furnished room, good and comfy bathroom. Good for the short stay if the area of the city fits you well.

Everything was fine, easy check in after midnight. Check out was bit difficult, because lady in reception didn’t speak English at all.

The staff at the reception was impolite; no plugs at the desk in the room; "Öko-Hotel" - I expected a breakfast with organic products, no whole weat bread or roles; the room was load, due to very busy road.

The Room was big and the bed comfortable. The lady in charge in the morning was very nice.

1 booked a Deluxe Double or Twin Room with Balcony. The initial cost was 180 euros plus an additional 20 euros for moving the booking a day earlier. Okay. Upon arrival, they asked for 10 euros for parking. Okay. A baby cot cost an extra 10 euros. Fine, okay. When I asked for bedding for the sofa, they demanded an additional 15 euros. (This totaled 245 euros). At this point, I asked why this wasn't included in the price, and got the response, verbatim, "This is EUROPE, here you PAY for the work". After that, the porter said he only spoke German, that we are in Germany and I should speak German. All of this despite the listed Languages spoken on booking page: - German - English. For breakfast, they asked for an extra 6.5 euros for one of the children (3 years old). In the room description, the following were indicated: -Child safety socket covers. They were not present in the sockets. -Kitchen, Cleaning products. The kitchen was empty. There were not only no cleaning products, but not even basic spoons or forks. There was also no kettle in the room, so I had to go separately to get one. -Bathroom. Free toiletries. There was no minimum set of toiletries in the bathroom: only liquid soap on the wall. The breakfast selection was not particularly rich: rolls, cheese, sausage, eggs. Perhaps standard for Germany or Hamburg. Nothing hot, which was disappointing. The condition of the room itself: The towels were heavily worn out, with holes in them. There was a strange stain on the sofa. One of the sockets (possibly the television one, see photo) was simply coming off the wall. There was someone else's hair on the bedside table. Unpleasant. IMPORTANT for the parents with kids: pay attention on rusty nails sticking out of the fence next to the swing (see photost)

Parking was tight - but it was there, so I'm happy! Really grateful, again, especially considering the hour.

Incredibly accommodating, especially given the hour we arrived to check in. The room was exceptional, well in fact the rooms were; as it happened there were multiple rooms! Loads of space to quietly frollock in the early hours.

The car park is awful for larger vehicles. Not much room to get out of the doors of the car. We also had to park outside one night as the one space that was left was on the end where laundry trolleys made it impossible to park.

The location was great as it was very close to where we were spending our time. Corridors were spacious, as was the room.

The man in reception was not welcome maybe it wasn't his best day... the temperature in the room was high and the hotel didn't sell still water, only sparkling.
