Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The price was high for the services that were given to me as a customer. Also, since the rooms are bigger, there should be more choices for full size beds.

That you have to bring back your used, wet bath rope down to the check out to get you deposit back.
Very nice front desk staff. Surprisingly well equipped gym. And also super nice sauna, spacious, clean, comfy quiet area.

There is no fridge in the rooms. Also the hotel is little bit far from the center ( around 30 min walking to the Cathedral)
The room was very spacey and well-decorated. The bed was super comfortable. Clean and tidy. The hotel is near to the park.

They found a WWII bomb during our stay and we needed to check out the next day, which was difficult for us. We were sent to another hotel to rest while we waited, but it took till 2am and we had to go back in the middle of the night,
Hotel was clean and spacious. Nothing super special. Quite far from central area.

Park Inn by Radisson Köln City West is a business-style hotel located just outside the city center and across the street from Cologne's central park. Two blocks away is a tram stop that will take you to the city center and beyond. The rooms are comfortable, clean and modern with good Wi-Fi. Overall, a nice option if you're seeking a business-style hotel near Cologne's central business district.

The room was cold and the heater wasn’t working. A staff member came up and said that the heater was indeed working but the room temperature never exceeded 20C.
Room was clean and as described. We had a very good dinner in the dining room even though several of the menu items were unavailable.

The location isn't very helpful, on rainy days if you use public transportation, you have to walk 5 or 10 to closest stops.
Very specious room and clean. The staff is very helpful, especially the lady who cleans the room on the 5th floor, regardless of the language problems. Very rich breakfast, tasty options. The mini bar is free and updated every morning. Nice and cozy environment, everywhere in the hotel.

Although the room design was fine, but the bathroom condition could be better. It wasn't renovated for ages; all the equipment was a bit older; the shower head didn't work well.
The whole building was nice, as well as the hotel's staff. You could feel yourself valued and welcomed. Size of the room, the room's design, and a level of comfort was worthy.

Parking was quite expensive with 20€ per night. Overall, considering the extra fee for parking and the distance from the city center, the price per night was a bit high.
The room was spacious and clean. There is a nice restautant in the building and a few restrautants were in walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful.
