The staff were polite and check in was easy. The room was smaller than expected, but it was extremely clean with a really comfy hard bed. The carpark had plenty of spaces available and easy to access.

If I have to say something: the shower in the room is a bit small. During my stay the hydro sauna wasn’t working.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable. There is a safe in the room. The hotel has a small spa, swimming pool, a big gym and a beauty salon.

Poor sound isolation, I could hear my neighbors coughing. I missed a small fridge to keep some food items that I bought at the supermarket. I liked that I could check out later than normal, but they charged 25 euros extra. I think it would have been better customer service if they would have offered it free of charge (would make me more likely to come back the next time).

Good value for money. The room is clean, spacious and has all the basic amenities. Excellent location in the town center and right next to a big park. I really liked the shower (nothing special but it just works well).

Vegan options in the hotel to eat.

Rooms were dated but very clean and comfortable. Great supermarket just a few miles away that had sooooo much Vegan choice! We spent a fortune on things we hadn't seen at home (UK). The bakery just outside the supermarket entrance had the best fresh rolls. Just a couple of miles from the supermarket we saw a small campervan/motorhome stop with EHU. Area around the hotel is beautiful.

We have used the hotel as a stop on the way to France. It is few km from highway, but is worth go there. There are lot of free parking places just at the hotel. The personal was very friendly, room spacious, everything clean, breakfast was very good. We want definitely come back.

We'd picked a room that contained a sofa, but it had been made up into a sofa bed.

I think this was our 2nd or 3rd stay at this hotel as it is close to F&F, and has a 24 hour reception which is useful for last minute trips, and we arrived very late/early hours of the morning after a long drive from the Netherlands. The rooms are spacious and clean, and if you get a room with a bath these are a good size. This time we opted for without breakfast, but have had the buffet previously and it was excellent. We had called beforehand and the staff arranged a kettle for us, which was waiting in reception on arrival, they also arranged late checkout due to our late arrival. Once again we sadly didn't get to use the facilities.

The WiFi was pretty slow especially in popular hours - I was not doing anything crazy just watching a movie on Netflix.

I came looking for calm, rest, and some outdoor hiking. Found all of those and great food.

Great breakfast buffet with many options. Nice indoor pool (although the water was a bit cold), sauna, and Kegelbahn. Very centrally located in the nice ton. An extensive state-of-the-art sports complex with badminton, fitness center, squash, and tennis available within walking distance and free to use!

The hotel seems to be a bit old fashion, but ok. More equipment and the style could be renewed, but ok. There are really things that I don't like, but just some improvement point.

It was very clean & silent. A nice parc is really near to the hotel. Possible to run or to walk. The hotel give you also the opportunity to rent bicycle.

Ample parkingspace, fine breakfast, comfortable rooms, friendly service at the terrace (Ice coupe at 20.30 ;-)). Several good restaurants close by.
