There is nothing you wouldn't like about this hotel. The only small thing we noticed is that everywhere is highlighted that SPA work from 7-22h (and it really does!), but jacuzzi (which is perfect) starts only at 11h.

Breakfast is excellent, and rooms are very large, comfy and clean. Sleeping is moved to another level. SPA is excellent, with plenty of space and different options. Parking is large enough. Location of the hotel is perfect, close to town, but also far enough for peace and tranquility.

it was quite weird that that you need extra doorcard with X for spa area and we needed to ask it separately.

Very nice hotel with good spa area and outside pool. Hotel room was spacious and very quiet. Breakfast was tasteful with many different options. If you would like to order expresso then you need to ask and they will serve you. Nice walk to the old down. Spa is open up to 22:00.

We went to the bar and got 2 X 1Lt bottles of Coca cola, 1 for the room and 1 for the car the next day, we where charged 24:80 euro, which was just mad, That was 12:40 for 1Lt of Coke. Never seen anything like it before in all our travels. We where shocked

The staff make this hotel stand out from the rest on our trip, they where just brilliant, Francesca the girl who gave us breakfast was just great, Thanks you Francesca

Breakfast was good except for the scrambled eggs! And in general it seemed a bit short-staffed; check-out was really slow because there was only one receptionist and he was held up for ages by someone complaining at great length about something or other.

Room was excellent and enormous, the bed comfortable. A little difficult to find the bathroom in the dark. Unfortunately, our keys did not open the door to the Wellness area; we didn't really have time, but we would have liked to have a look at the pool!

The bathroom light turns on along with the fan. The fan is very loud and cannot be turned off without turning off the light. The bathroom was unnecessarily spacious, cluttered and uncomfortable. The cot was very worn and the bedding (for a child) was not the best.

They were fully booked for the treatments yet there was never more than 10 people at a time in the spa and yet we only saw 2 members of staff all day. I went to use the sauna monday morning and it wasnt turned on, staff member came to turn it on but it still didnt come on. At this point it was to late for me to use the sauna. On sundays after breakfast you can not get nothing to eat for the rest of the day until 17:30 when you can get bar snacks. So we had to venture out into the town in order to get lunch and a proper evening meal.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were large. It was very clean.

Grumpy Bar tender who was rude and unhelpful. Bar was unmanned on 2nd night of stay - we had to purchase drinks in downstairs restaurant and take our drinks upstairs.

1 day before the trip they sent a message that due to high energy prices there will be an extra fee of 6€ per day/person. I booked little less than a month before my trip and during that time there hasn’t been any price changes, thus coming with such statements is not understandable. Since there was no time to look for alternatives we didn’t cancel, but that’s the reason they informed us just a day before. They should have included it already into the booking price and then it would be acceptable. In the end I had a nice stay, but my overall impression of the hotel is negative.

Saunas are not open at 11. It is opening during the day but not min. at 11:30. One sauna was broken and was not repaired during our 5 day stay. Very small pool. Standard and high price dinner.

There are some roadworks and it looked like that the street to the hotel was blocked. We followed deviation signs which didn't bring us to the hotel. Apparently we should have neglected the signs. There was a small paper near the signs which was hardly visible in the night from the car

The breakfast was very good and great that you could enjoy it till 11.00. Very nicely located and quiet area.

I was charged after leaving the hotel for one of my friend's bar bills (£100). I complained and got a response from the hotel, but the worst part was they had charged me on my UK card, which i had removed since booking the hotel and added a euro card instead. I was therefore not only charged when i shouldnt have been, but on a card that incurred exchange rate and fees - that i had removed from my approved cards for the site. The hotel has offered to recompense me for those charges but it shouldnt have happened. In the hotel's defence, they admitted the mistake but they did not refund my card - I had to get the money from the person who didnt pay his bill. The main bar person is a little "off the wall" and we as an open minded group didnt mind too much, but there was a definite drive to sell premium priced drinks, which some of us found quite annoying.

The hotel situation, the room, food, most of the staff were very professional. The staff laid on a large table for 20 of us in the evening and this was much appreciated.
