Location in the center very easy to get for all important places in LIEPZIG. We add breakfast day before it was good 👍 all worker in the hotel was very good helping with information 😃

Room fine. No cleaning for a two day stay was a surprise. Breakfast OK but basic. Taxis a nightmare. How can a city like Leipzig not have taxis?

The room with the pool wasn't ventilated. It seemed like going in the pool on the warm days would be a nice reprieve from the heat.. but that room was so humid that it didn't feel like an improvement

I would have liked more warm vegetarian options for the breakfast. Potatoes, mushrooms, tomatoes.. the eggs were fine, but I wish there was more variety

There was no Wi-Fi in the room because of poor connection.

Loved the pool and the endless places to chill and sit down. Also the billiards table was very nice. The breakfast also had some very nice veggie options. We had two toilets in our room sich was pretty nice. The shower in the bathroom is amazing. Also on Sunday there were so many people at breakfast they opened another section where it was nice and quiet and we could enjoy the food.

Great greeting from the staff, great service for the bar and food. The room was comfortable although the bed was a little soft for me. Breakfast was awesome and the staff helped us to book taxis when needed. Everywhere was clean and tidy.

The internet connection was not always optimal. Breakfast was sometimes a bit crowdy.

The hotel was located close to the historical centre of Leipzig and had all the comfort I needed. Beds and pillows were comfy. The hotel had a nice swimming pool and a sauna. Breakfast was very good.

They didn’t clean the room or change the towels, which was a shame, considering it is a 4 Star Hotel. When it was flagged at the reception, they only changed our towels - no cleaning or condiments. Free water, but free tea and coffee would have been a nice touch. Late check in, 3 pm, could have been a bit earlier We were able to check in an hour earlier.

Clean and spacious room, really quiet, decent view over the city. Got a very good night’s sleep - quiet room and very good blinds that block out the light at night. We don’t usually sleep well in hotels but we did here. Amazing sauna and pool included in the price. A short walk away from Leipzig’s centre.

Everything was really good.

The hotel exceeded all our expectations! It’s conveniently located close to the train station, with an easy check-in process, a great pool, and a lovely breakfast. We stayed with our 2-year-old, and the room had a comfortable baby cot with bedding provided. In the evening, despite the cold and rainy weather, we had a wonderful time — the lobby offers tasty food and there’s plenty to keep a child entertained. Unexpectedly, it turned into a truly great little getaway. Highly recommend!

Room was spacious and clean and the beds were comfy. Staff was always helpful and the service at the bar was good! Pool and sauna were relaxing.

I had to do the booking by myself through their self use machine, which is a bit annoying, but can give some perception of anonymity. I could use more sweet breakfast options or change of the pastries, since some of them were a bit stale. Personally, I wouldn't allow people in swimming clothes in the sauna, but I understand it's a hotel.

The hotel is located close to the center. It's possible to park on the street (outside of working hours) and there are parking lots nearby. The breakfast was good with wide variety of foods and drinks. There's a small gym and small Finnish sauna. The towels (not linen sheets) are available at the reception. Pool is very small to swim in, but good for some water fun. Room cleaning must be requested at the reception, although it is for free. Room was spacious and comfortable.

There were no bottles of water in the room. The other guests were extremely noisy. The corridors are painted black, making the place really dark and unwelcoming and on top of that the corridors were really dirty.

The room was fantastic, big, comfortable and super clean. The bed was very comfortable. The view out the front of the hotel was also good. However the corridors are all black making them dark and unwelcoming, they were also very dirty. The other guests were very loud.
