Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Rooms are really small, hardly any space to open a large suitcase.
Airport hotel - no bells, no whistles. You get what you pay for. It is clean, practical, and in our case offers free parking (they will be charging going forward). Breakfast was paid, but good value.

Window seal was very dusty a dtriggerd my hay fever. Pillows were too soft.
Check-in staff was lovely and friendly.good customer service . Explained everything to me. Clean room apart from the window seal. Excellent location to and from the airport. Breakfast was good for the price

It is a very good place for a quick break. We had a room with a double bed and two single beds plus a toilet with a shower. The room was clean.

There are no coffee making facilities and coffee is required in the lobby. To eat outside the hotel you have to travel. The internet is not really free. You have to provide details and confirm to gain access to the network.

There were woman hair on towel
Zophian was att night-morning duty on reception was very friendly, kind and helpful as I came very late and was tired after long driving trip. Quiet room with good sound isolation. Very comfortable bed to sleep.

There was some dust left on the shelves, which could be improved with a more thorough cleaning routine. Also, accessibility without a car may be limited, so keep that in mind if you're relying on public transportation. Still, for a short stay and if you're driving, it’s a solid and practical choice.
The hotel served its purpose well for a short stay. The room was just spacious enough for two people, and the bed was comfortable. One of the main reasons I chose this place was the free on-site parking, which was spacious enough and very convenient if you're traveling by car. While we didn't opt for breakfast, it's worth noting that you likely need to request it in advance so they can prepare it for the morning. The general cleanliness was good, and the hotel seemed to be maintained decently overall.

The twin beds in the room we booked did feel a little smaller than the twin bed I have in my home, but there were sufficient for the stay we had.
We stayed in this hotel as it was somewhat close to the airport where we had an early-ish flight (early enough that given the German train system we didn't want to travel by train the day of anyway). The taxi driver we took from the train to the hotel did drop us off at the wrong hotel, so if you are taking a taxi here, remember to make sure they are dropping you off at this hotel and not the one just down the road. Staff at both location were super helpful. With the gentleman who checked us in here ordering us a taxi for the next morning. Side note if you are looking for something for dinner I would absolutely recommend "Hey Jerry-Sandwiches and Co" which is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel, their food was fabulous and reasonably priced. As for the hotels breakfast, it was simple, but reasonably priced.

it is far to the metro station and Superman you need walk long distance.

Relatively small room, but still good enough for one person and for the cost.
A great location near the airport. A few minutes drive from Fraknfurt center. Low cost, comfortable, clean and tidy, VERY friendly and helpful staff 24/7 (Thanks Sophian for the personal care!), nice breakfast, comfortable parking.
