We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

GermanyWith only one person at reception, check in took a while. We were made comfortable with drinks and finger food while we waited for other guests to check in. We were fine with the wait, but some guests after us were complaining about it.

What a wonderful hotel that cannot do enough to make your stay outstanding. We will allways carry fond memories of the wonderful staff and beautiful hotel. The breakfast is the best. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was fantastic.

Room spacious, very clean and must be recently decorated. Services friendly and adequate. There is an Italian restaurant run by same group within 5 minutes walk and is surprisingly good. We tried pasta pizza and antipasti and we immediately booked a table for the next night to come back.

United KingdomThis hotel is beautifully restored with the finest materials to the highest quality. Every detail has been done to perfection. We ate at the Ai Pero Italian sister restaurant and the food was delicious. Breakfast from the hotels Michelin star kitchen was amazing. I would very highly recommend staying.
