Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Pillow was uncomfortable and woke up with soreness.
We enjoyed the breakfast specially the variety of beverages. The hotel is near everything and the room was very large and comfortable. The workers were very friendly.

Nothing really
Located centrally, walking distance to shopping center and public transportation. Staff was great and breakfast was excellent with varied choices. Kitchenette area came in very handy especially when traveling with kids.

What I didn't like about the property is that it is closed to the street and you can hear the police car sirens at mid night. The chaotic breakfast time even though there was no much customers, but poorly designed area and understaffed situation.
What I like the property is that it is value for money choice interms its location, overall cleanliness and functionality.

Unfortunately, the shower drain in one of my rooms appears to be clogged, which is unfortunate.
The location is very good, and the room is also comfortable. The breakfast is also good.

I booked a room with a sofa bed as I was sharing the room with another adult. Be forewarned that the sofa bed is low to the ground and if you are over 5 feet tall the length will not be long enough. The sofa bed is for a child only. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
Nice place to stay for a few days. Easy to walk to restaurants and other places. There’s a small kitchen so you can bring food back to the hotel which was nice. The breakfast area is fairly small and can get crowded at times. The staff was very friendly.

There was a nasty odour in the corridor and we had to endure it everytime we went out of the room. The rooms were basic and the linen wasnt crisp.

The room was very spacious and modern. Bed was very comfortable and linings and towels clean and cozy. The bathroom is very spacious, very clean and renovated. Its some 15 minutes walk from the center and the area is walkable in the evening. It’s a good stay also for families.

Breakfast is average.
Very close to the city center. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with cozy beds. There is a parking garage available, and guests can receive a discount at the reception. Drinking water is available throughout the day.

We were disappointed by the cleaning noise at night from the eating area between 10:00 - 11:30 PM. After two nights of trying to figure out where the noise was coming from, it became clear that it was the cleaning staff (vacuuming and moving chairs around). The late-night disruptions made it difficult to sleep and fully enjoy our stay. And it was overpriced!
Great location with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was good. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay!

The kitchen was not working during our stay. We called helpdesk and they sent the housekeeper to check but he did not know how it works either. We ended up with the food already prepared but could not be cooked. The phone in the room was without cable so could not use.
The location is perfect. Right in the center of the city. Parking is convenient with big entrance. Rooms is big with good sound isolation.

There was no prior advice that a late check in required going to the Moxy hotel. At the time of night we checked in the area was not that safe to be walking around trying to find the Moxy. We stayed in room 3006 and each time another room Closed their door our door would rattle. It wasn’t a big deal but the first few times we thought someone was trying to come in our room.
