We got a room faced towards the street, so a bit noisy if you want the window open at night.

Nice area near water and the castle park, very nice when you have a dog! The beds were really comfortable!

The floor wasn't clean. Spider webs and dust on the corners of the bed. Ventilation in the Bathroom wasn't working. Frigobar wasn't working either.

Location was great. Breakfast was good too. It's a simple hotel, size of the room was confortable, price was good for the night. Beds were clean.

The plexiglass from Covid 19 days still up - the hotel at 125 euro a night looked like a hostel The stairwells. The outside terraces dirty. Neglected. With ashtrays brimming with cigarette butts. The hot water in shower not that hot. Towel rack just broke off the wall. Something else fell suddenly when I was in shower- have no idea what it was Breakfast very mediocre.

1) It could be cleaner. 2) I booked by mistake breakfast for 2 people instead of just for 1 person. The staff was reluctant to correct this upon check-in and I was overcharged for breakfast. They did reduce the city tax though. However, I left with the feeling of being scammed.

I couldn't find any staff when I checked out, even though breakfast was out.

It's right next to Schloss Bieberich and a shirt walk from the pier where you catch the riverboats through the Rhine Gorge. I spent two nights here and took the boat down river to Kaub and hiked from there to the Lorelei Rock.

For us the hotel was a quick stop off during our ride on bikes further North, the location was excellent for our early morning departure ... low traffic. The welcoming staff member was good and easy to deal with, the initial storage for our bikes was not of the standard that we needed but this was quickly sorted to our satisfaction.

The view from our room was the rear yard (and in the shade), but some rooms did face the river and were in the sun all afternoon, so just our luck to miss the view.

The room was 'OK', it was clean and was just a place to rest on our cycle journey home. but little touches made it better than some. When we arrived, we were told that coffee was available in the reception area free of charge, and as it was a nice day, we were recommended to take our coffee across the road and sit by the river (which we did). It seemed a bit odd as we had a proper cup and saucer, no cardboard cups, but it was nice just to sit on a bench in the sun. Just a shame that the coffee stops around 4pm (the coffee machine gets cleaned).

I dont think the room was 18 sqm as it said, however, the room was nicely furnished. No aircon. A little noicy from the traffic at the road between the river and the hotel.

No place in front of the hotel or nearby to unpack the car - we had to look for a free slot and walk with the bags for 15min, as it wasn't easy to find a parking slot in the area. Short timeslot for breakfast, small rooms, basic breakfast variety, loud room - next to a big, busy street, no elevator in the hotel.

Location - close to the palace, to the Ren river and to the restaurants around. We could take our dog to the breakfast room :)

The hotel is across the road from the River Rhein and the palace with its beautiful park is just around the corner. The room with a tiled floor and a small terrace was small but very clean. Apparently, the hotel had been 'done up' just three or four years ago. The breakfast was excellent.
