Everything was good.

Walking distance from the train station and right in the centre of the city, the apartment is comfortable, spacious and quiet. Lubeck is stunning, we loved the architecture and history and just wandering the streets. So many museums to look at and old buildings. Easy for pedestrians and cyclists. Hosts at the seafood and fish restaurant are helpful and friendly. Very well organised. We will return.

We booked an apartment for 4 adults and 1 child as we are a family of 5. The apartment had 2 double beds and 1 single bed. This meant that 2 adults had to share a bed. It would be much better with 1 double bed and 3 single beds. This will fit more a family of 5.

The apartment was very nice and had a balcony that we used a lot. It was clean and comfortable. It was in a very good location with easy access to the whole city.

Apartment Gerda is on the fourth floor. So it’s difficult to come with heavy baggage. Shower is not in the best condition.

There is amazing city view. And also we like apartments design and equipment. For example, you can use washing machine and iron. It’s important in a long trip. Also everything is tidy and ready to use. We like bed’s mattress, it’s enough hard and comfortable. We’ve been in two-level apartment but used just first floor. So we don’t know is it comfortable to live on the second floor. Because stairs are very high. The most important thing for us that they are dog friendly.

Up a few flights of stairs. It's above a fish restaurant, but there were no cooking smells coming up to us, which was good.

Lovely location, looking out over the river. Clean and spacious apartment. Comfortable beds. Easy check-in details with the keycode to access the key. Took us a while to find the right door as we were looking for a 'side entrance' instead of a door alongside (semantics, and it was late at night after a day of train travel!). Highly recommend.

While the bed was very spacious the matress was too firm for us and the pillows too soft. This apartment is on the second floor and there is no lift.

There is much to like about this apartment. The location is excellent- close to shops and restaurants and the lovely old town but slightly away from the busy areas. The apartment is well laid out and has everything needed. It is bright and airy with great views from the window - watch the boats go by!

The is no parking, but it can be paid for €6 a day I think nearby, or there is free parking further up the road.

Beautiful apartment with lovely decor situated right in the town, easy to walk everywhere. We didn't need the extra beds on the second level but it looked comfy. Friendly staff in restaurant below deal with giving you keys

The check in instructions were a bit confusing (I received a message saying I would get the key info x2 days before and then actually found out you only get the info on the day - which was fine but just caused some stress when I hadn’t received when i was expecting). There is some street noise but nothing too bothersome.

This is a perfectly located apartment, that is really well appointed and spacious. The living space is lovely and there is even a nice balcony/terrace to enjoy when the weather is nice. I would highly recommend booking into their restaurant downstairs - the food is excellent.

The check in process was not well described. The email from booking.com was lacking information and poorly structured. Wifi was not working but I reset everything to get it going. The owner asked people to hand wash dishes and put them away. How do I know the last person did a good job? Yuck.

The apartment was clean and available. We checked in 30 min after reserving. The room was quiet and comfortable. It had great river views. We were only there for one night, but would have been comfortable for a longer period. I'd rent there again.

The house is located in historic city center, therefore you can enjoy every angle of it easily. Churches, old buildings and arts all in one. The railway station is nearby as well, you reach the sea in 20 minutes of travel. The WiFi could be better, often does not work

We had no warm water the first morning. But after we had reported it, it was fixed during the day.

Centrally located apartment, spacious and clean. Nicely decorated, and well equipped. Easy to check in and out.

The WiFi connection was unstable. We arrived on Dec 26, which was a holiday, not knowing that they would not respond to any of our inquiries until the next day. That was a bit of an issue.

The apartment we got was “Antoinette “, which was spacious, nicely appointed and very clean. The location is close to everything and overlooks the river.

The apartment is on the third floor and there's no elevator, ony the narrow, steep stairs.

The location was great. We were right next to the river and within walking distance of all the major sights in Lübeck Altstadt. The staff was super friendly and the place was very clean and tidy. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we might have needed.

Quiet, spacious, light-filled, and well fitted out apartment with nice corner views over the river Trave, within walking distance of the centre and everything else you need. Thoughtfully decorated; great wifi. We really appreciated our stay here.

The floor in the apartment was noisy at every single step. That was really disturbing in the morning when everyone was still asleep. Was good having a hair dryer included.

Location is excellent and the food at the restaurant is great.
