With filling in this review it ended up with a 7; I would like to give it a big 7.7 !

Quiet place, we had rooms on the backside of the hotel. Hotel looks a bit outdated, but don't forget it is a German style. The beds were very cozy! Breakfast was very complete and more than enough, it got re-filled very frequent. Super!

The bed was a little uncomfortable.

The hotel was overall very good indeed, the staff were friendly and excellent. The hotel was a little old fashioned but very clean and the food was superb with excellent service in the garden area where meals were being served in the evening. I would stay there again.

The place is fairly dated and because of that doesn't look sparkling but in fact was very clean. It's a bit outside the city center but also easy to arrive and depart.

Friendly folks and room was clean. The breakfast was incredible. Didn't have dinner there but many people did and seemed to like it. Great free parking behind the hotel.

Staff were helpful and efficient. Our bikes were stored in a locked garage which we felt was safe. Great breakfast. Location good for railway station though not so good for town centre.

The reception and personal were very kind, friendly and helpful. We had a very good breakfast. The hotel was about 2 km away from the city centre but we could walk down easily.

The employees were very helpful an kind. Their is a bar and restaurant. It look like a authentic hotel from the past which was great experience. And it has all comforts of current needs. Enough parking and supermarkets nearby. Special attention for our 1 year old baby which was wonderful (wunderbar)!

The rooms are very basic but very clean. Hotel has an elevator which is useful to get to 4th floor! Bus stop directly outside the hotel; lines 4,14,6,16 from train station and city centre. The breakfast which is included in the price is excellent.

The soap dispenser didn't work next to the sink, but the other 2 worked well. The wires in the corridor ceilings didn't look great and felt unsafe.

Lack of air conditioning meant it was very hot at night (it was 30 degrees in Koblenz during our stay), but the fan in the room helped us sleep.

The hotel is very old and needs serious restauration. Also the old city center is a little bit far for a walk.

The lady from the reception was very helpful and the parking for our car was free in front of the hotel.

Everything about the property was very good considering that it was great value for money.

The rooms were good and even though they were not big they were certainly more than adequate. The staff were incredibly cheerful and helpful and the breakfast was a sensation. It was also possible to have an evening meal alfresco and this was very good value and most enjoyable as well. Parking was possible outside the hotel and was free but there was plenty of parking at a supermarket about 100 m away.
