The only drawback was that the room had no air conditioning, which made it extremely hot. However, there was a fan available.

The family room we rented is up multiple sets of stairs, and was away from the main building. Not a major issue for most, but just something to keep in mind if travelling with elderly or those with limited mobility.

Lovely staff, nice breakfast and pleasant rooms. The family room is spacious, with an attic housing a second double bed, and a decent sized living area.

The hotel is located very close to Rothenburg - 5 min with a car. The place is very nice, quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was good and delicious. There is free parking space directly in front of the hotel. The staff is very polite.

Not a big issue but when we asked if there was a charger to electric cars it was not informed we need to reserve it, so when we got to the hotel on our way to Austria it was already taken. On the way back, we reserved it and it worked well.

We stayed at this hotel on the way to and back from Austria where we spent our ski holidays. The family room was big and comfortable. It is very close to the cute city Rothenburg op ter Tauber. Breakfast is good. Staff is very nice. My son forgot his bank card and ID there and on the next day we got a phone call informing us they have found it. There is one charger for electric cars, but it needs to be reserved.

Location - quiet and nice neighbourhood. Lovely house. The staff was very kind to upgrade us to a larger family room (though we did not take it up as the stairs were difficult for our heavy luggage), and helped to change back to room on ground floor.

It's in a cute village only 11 minutes from Rothenburg. Most people have a car that stay there but there are buses during the week. Amazing historic inn. Wonderful breakfast. Welcoming and genuinely nice staff. The bathroom was renovated and we had an awesome bath tub.

The accommodation is so beautiful. Everything inside is made of wood, the furniture is authentic. In the morning you can hear the church bells and the crackling of the wood floor and stairs. A beautiful breakfast awaits you in the morning in the rustic dining room.

We were visiting nearby Rothenburg o.d. Tauber. The Hotel is only five minutes by car in Steinsfeld, a small scenic Village. The rooms were exceptionally clean, well equiped, spacious and very warm. Breakfast in an antique decorated hall was perfect. Higly recommended, especially for families...

A very good option for visiting Rothenburg. Just 15 easy minutes by car. Previous reviews made me doubt the breakfast, but I was pleasantly surprised: a good selection served in a traditional Bavarian setting. No cheap jams in plastic wrappers or re-heated rolls. We would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

The pillows were very flat, 2 per person would have been better.

The family room worked well for our family. We loved the charm of the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the staff lovely. The room was clean and the bathroom was quite large!
