It was maybe a bit further away from downtown that I expected, but metro was not far away.

Room was nice and spacious - good for working, too - and the hotel was situated in a very nice neighborhood - parks, greenery, villas with nice gardens. Breakfast was maybe the best I have ever had, maybe even too much 😄 and the atmosphere was academic, 😎.

The room was not as clean as I hoped. The floor had quite a few stray hairs and was a bit dusty. The check-in staff were not very personable or friendly. I didn't feel very welcomed. In my booking, it was communicated to me that I would be able to pay for lunch and dinner too, but the restaurant was unfortunately closed on my arrival.

The room had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable. Climate of the room was perfect. Location was perfect given I was visiting to work on campus at the university. Breakfast was abundant and delicious.

room was very clean, with kitchenette, sunny and quiet. breakfast was very good, with large variety of food. staff was very friendly and supportive. great location as well. you can walk around and enjoy nature/wonderful views of houses and nature. there were plenty of restaurants and nice cafes in the neighbourhood

The shower was not as clean as I had hoped (chalky floor). A pair of slippers would have been nice, since we did not want to walk around in sock or shoes

The breakfast is really superb and the view over the espaliers is breathtaking. The one thing we didn't like at all, was the way the restaurant/cafeteria staff behaved. It was stressful, noisy and the gentleman employee told every one that they close at 10 AM he did så from about 09.20, 09:30 afterwards, the looked and pointed at his watch while walking around. we felt unwelcome. No doubt tha they rather have us out than in.

The place is enveloped in a nice energy due to complex it is a part of, we do love it. The location is exceptional, quite and away from traffic yet with all facilities. The staff is professional and ready to help when ever needed.

Difficult check-in procedure using Hotelbird app The parking garage ticket machine did not work so I had to walk back up to the hotel front desk to pay it - inconvenient. The rooms are quite noisy, you can hear the telephone conversation of the guy next door.

You need to change password for wifi sometimes. But that's not a big issue. Additional fee is required for parking in the garage. It's quite expensive. You can park outside on the street for free but watch the road signs. Considering how simple the hotel is, it was a bit overpriced.

The hotel is located in some university park and the design is quite interesting. It‘s a walking distance from subway station The check-in was quick. Rooms are simple, clean and suitable for short stays. Breakfast is reasonable.

There was no shampoo in the shower. But when I asked for it at the front desk. They gave it to me for free. That's the only thing that wasn't perfect about the hotel :)

I didn't expect much from the hotel. Since it was a one day business trip. But almost everything was very good (see below). Most of all I would like to mention the breakfast. It was really good. My rating is 9.

The WiFi system is badly in need of updating. My phone kept losing the WiFi connection. E.g. if I went out and came back, it wasn't configured so my phone would reconnect and I had to re-enter the code manually. Worse: they change the code (password) every week. And if, like me, you happen to be checking out on the day after the code changes and forget to change the code the previous night then you are prevented from having WiFi on the morning of checkout day. (The system thinks you are ineligible even though you don't have to leave until 11am.

A nice place to stay off the center of Berlin. Beautiful view out of the window, calm surroundings. I appreciated the options to save resources. Accessible public transportation and nice parks to take a walk nearby.

3 points and you have the perfect hotel.. 1. FIX the Air conditioning, The TV's was small, and not modern, and remove the paid parking, do those 3 things and YOU have the perfect Berlin Hotel, and I will keep on coming back.

Location, Fridge in room, massive bathroom, quite rooms, breakfast was awesome, loads of sitting spaces. comfy beds.

Nice, bright, and uncommonly spacious room! Breakfast was excellent and the locality is vibrant and beautiful. A really minor remark: there were too few lights in the room, making the environmnt cozy, but quite hard to work at night.

They could have provided toiletries. They have liquid soap and tissue but not toothbrush and slippers.

The location is quite far from the city center, but has really nice and quiet surroundings, with all the necessary (shops, cafès, metro stop, restaurants).
