Nice location near Boxhagener platz, lots of places to eat or have a drink/coffee around No staff but fully automated processes : the future of hotels ! Large bedroom, comfortable beds. Very clean.

No 24x7 support desk. Washing machine usage is via app and wastes a lot of time.

Place was a bit of a maze, but once we worked it out, it was OK. No A/C room was hot. Had to open windows.

Our room was quite dusty and the wifi was slow. Also, the walls were super thin. One of our neighbors had a phone call and it sounded like they were in the same room as us.

Really nice rooms - loved the design of the hotel. It was also in a great location! Loved the online check-in and it was easy and fast to get ahold of customer service of needed.

Their digital-only service was annoying—had to message a lot to merge bookings, paid extra for it, and still had issues like the room code not working. Checkout link didn’t work either. The chatbot is slow and annoying, and it can take a while to reach a real person. Also, not enough toilet paper in the room. Two rolls for five nights, while paying 150 euros a night.

Rooms are beautiful and the location is great.

It was noisy at night—partly due to poor sound insulation, which made it easy to hear people upstairs, and partly because other hotel guests were loud when returning late or talking near the windows.

Excellent location in a vibrant neighborhood. The self check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you might need.

The virtual assistant was adequate to address most requests but it would have been nice if a physical receptionist could be available to deal with certain immediate concerns. Also, the boxed breakfast delivered daily, although convenient , could use some improvement. Personally, a piece of fruit rather than orange juice every day would have been fine my preference.

Easy check in and out using a smartphone. Nice communal lounge for relaxing and working. My room (studio with kitchenette) came with a microwave, mini fridge, one burner stovetop, a Nespresso like coffee maker and kettle. Excellent location in a neighborhood with lots of restaurants, coffee shops and mini marts. The closest station Warschauer Strasse was about a 10 minute’s walk.

Small room for two people but we expected it as we read the description before booking that would not be such a problem it just surprised us how small the shower also was hahaha

Clean, silent, bed was very comfortable. Loved the fact that we could put YouTube on the TV! We came for a concert so having TV with the MVs in the back while getting ready was such a nice plus! Also big mirror for outfit check had a good placement for such a small place!

We stayed in Numa Sketch in Fshain. It was in a great location, just odd Boxy and so easy to access. I booked it for the location and value for money. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, clean and comfortable room in Berlin!
