Fantastic location on the square..We walked to and from the train station, in around 15 minutes. A really well presented and maintained hotel. Very comfortable room and a good bathroom. The hotel was very quiet, air con good, great bed, but only small pillows. We didn't have the breakfast, but cafes right outside were excellent. There is also a good supermarket outside. We walked out to the Court room, lovely walk along the river, about 30 minutes and you are obviously right in the middle of old town. We also walked over to the new town, 10 minutes or so, to eat a couple of nights, for Korean and Vietnamese food, as a change from sausage! Only drawback was no fridge in the room, which in over 30 degree heat was an issue, but not if you're going for the Christmas markets.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Excellent location, breakfast was great. Very friendly and helpful staff. Bed was soooo comfortable and our view from our window was magical. Parking was very easy and helpful on site.

Central location right next door to the markets and tour meeting points. Ladies at reception were incredibly helpful, stored our bags as we were late for a tour when we arrived. In the morning we needed help with a hire car enquiry which they helped us with too. Room was comfortable and clean with a nice outlook.

This hotel has the best location in Nuremberg. If you haven't been, Nuremberg is lovely, and this hotel sits right in the main square. The rooms were comfortable with nice bathrooms. Easy parking.

Location super.. Good value for money.. Breakfast super.. Not expensive.. Friendly staff, I asked to extend my check as I was attending Easter Mass in the Cathedral and it took too long to finish, they accepted for free.. Nice gesture from them.. I will come again for sure.. No better location . Clean hôtel

The property has a great location and very helpful staff i really appreciate there hospitality i forget some of my belongings there and they where very helpful and friendly helping me to retrieve my items they are creat the rooms are a bit small but very clean and tightly they have excellent coffee for free in the breakfast hours

Very pleasant hotel in the old part of Nuremberg with nicely-appointed rooms and staff members who all made it their priority to volunteer help, without being asked - top service!

A really lovely clean hotel in the perfect location next to the market square. We had an inward facing room so cannot comment on street noise but there is only very little bus traffic passing the hotel front. The whole hotel was very clean, the staff were so friendly and helpful. A very nice breakfast room is offered, there is also a nice relaxed coffee lounge where you are entitled to one free coffee. The room was very cosy and extremely clean. The bed was lovely but be aware that the four pillows are all quite flat. A nice TV with a good choice of TV and Radio channels is wall mounted. The bathroom was a comfortable size, with a large shower that was powerful and hot. Plenty of good towels are provided. We really enojyed this hotel and hope to stay again should we have another stay in this very beautiful city.

The housekeepers were too industrious i.e. early to enter the room even on Saturday😊

If lucky like us, you will have test best view imaginable in Nürnberg Alstadt. The reception was kind to allow us to enter the room earlier than the official entrancd tlme (15:00).
