The cleaner didn't clear out our empty cans and didn't take away dirty cutlery which was just left on the table. We had to ask to borrow a kettle (for free) but coffee and tea in the room was an added 10 Eur. Nad we also had to ask to borrow cutlery and plates which felt unneccessary seeing as most families with small children will likely use these. We got assigned a parking space outside under a tree, so after 3 days when we left the car was covered in bird poo and for this we payed 17 Eur per day. We weren't offered any charging possibilties for our electric car. The spa/pool area was smaller than expected. Only one pool which wasn't very warm and then 4 saunas (two dry and two steam).

We had a great stay with our two kids, aged 3 and 4. The suite was clean and had great beds and was spacious enough. It was very clean when we arrived. The kids playroom was lovely. Our children don't speak German so we only left them there for a shorter amount of time on their own, but they had everying they could every want to play with and very friendly staff. Location was great, close to the beach and a shop nextdoors.

Parking a bit tight and costs extra. We didn't use the pool as it was in a different hotel.

Central location close to beach and restaurants. Family friendly. Excellent breakfast buffet.

The furniture is a little old, dirty curtains, a dirty sofa and pillows on it. The walls are also quite dirty and scratched.

Very good breakfast. Location. The room is big. It’s a good sauna with a swimming pool, but you need to go to another hotel.

    • Family Suite Type III (One double bed and two bunk beds) (free kids club)

breakfast is plentiful but not the most tasty in comparision to other places we stated on these hollidays. Pool opening hours - very restricted for kids; If we've known upfront, we would have booked another hotel (only couple of hours during the day which i our case happened to be just prior to our arrival (14:00-16:00) and 10-12 which is not super comfy with check-out by 11. Would be less problematic if we stayed longer

Appartment has been really spacious and very nice looking; Very comfortable to stay in, we would have appreciated even more if we stayed longer. Kids club is a plus Easy walking distance to the beach Super friendly staff (incl. I think the manager who was temporarily supporting check-ins:)

The variation from breakfast wasn't covered our expectations. Some how of that quality of Hotel should have more choices. About cleanings of rooms could be better.

Incredible kindles personal, very polite and professional, helpful, and regarding with smiles. Comfortable beds, plenty games for children. Impressed from arranging of stateroom, could be nice if, guests found a slippers.

Perfect Pplace for families! Great facilities for kids (large playarea with staff supervision. Activities for kids available (some free, some for money). Kids lunches available (for charge). Breakfast superb. Possibility to rent strollers, cparts, and car seats. Can't say anything about the pool since our child was so happy playing in the kids' facilities that they never wanted to go.swimmimg. The staff was absolutely friendly and attentive. They set up a birthday table at breakfast for one of our group who happened to have birthday as a surprise. We will be coming back.

I experienced a very rude and hostile approach by the staff that shocked me. We stayed for one night with family. At arrival, we parked the car in the underground parking lot. During check-in, the receptionist informed us about the parking fee. When I returned to my car, an employee of the hotel which appeared to be a Manager approached me with a loud invoice. I explained that I don't speak good German. I apologized for my poor German and tried to explain in German that I wanted to park my car there. He continued in German and with a rude gesture, he ordered me to take my car from this place by shouting in German just "rauss !", i.e. out ! , several times. He asked me then to follow him to the reception where I was told that I had to park in another parking lot, as my car was too big for this parking lot and that there is another lot. It is unacceptable to SHOUT to a hotel guest "out!" instead of trying asking politely to move the parking lot. I don't speak German but I do understand. Also, the receptionist did not advise during check-in that there is another parking lot for bigger cars. If I didn't have my family with me, I would have just cancelled my stay and left the hotel. Unacceptable welcoming from this hotel staff.

Asphalt views, apparently moldy shower head (see photo), inexperienced staff (your Binzer Card does allow you to travel for free on all the busses between Binz and Prora, not just the 27), Price gouging- be sure to double check your rate on Booking.com before your free cancellation period ends. If I had, I would have gotten the same room for the same exact dates for 50% less!! We are talking 60€ less per night. The hotel management could have cooperated with Booking.com to save me some money but they refused. Know what you are paying for: my Booking.com total included all taxes and fees but I was charged an additional tax in the amount of 27€ upon departure. Know that at the breakfast buffet you can order a cappuccino and other coffee drinks from the staff- they don’t advertise this.

As a parent, I appreciated that it was a hotel for kids, so kids were very welcomed and there were plenty of fun things for them to play with. The location was a mixed bag, as was the entire stay, the proximity to the beach and restaurants was excellent; however, our views were of parking lots which were noisy every morning at 6am when trucks were loading and emptying. I also appreciated the layout of the room because it had two bedrooms and a 2nd toilet room.

A perfect place to relax and enjoy the stay with indoor pool and sauna access. The hotel provided us free upgrade and also a small birthday decoration was made before the arrival. The breakfast was provided with large varieties of options. Stay is worth the money. Bath suite was provided for the pool and sauna usage and provided with perfect bag to take all things along with you.
