Not possible to charge the electric car whatever they say. The only possibility is a very slow charger 200 m away were you only are allowed to park for 3 hours. It means no overnight charging.

The restaurant staff were very friendly but not attentive. We would’ve ordered a few more drinks etc but they were not very aware. And it wasn’t that busy. The shower was broken in my room.

Very far from most places. We were there for a specific event very nearby but aside from that it would take almost an hour on public transport to get anywhere. WiFi was also very patchy and didn't work in the terrace room.

All ok. Really good room with all conforts needed. Parking really usefully. Very good restaurant (thanks Vittorio). Really kindly staff at all. The only thing not at 100%, the wi-fi connection but it's not a big problem. Thanks for all, if we will back in Dortmund, we will see you soon :)

The heating system was not switched on and there was no extra cover for the bed, so the night was a bit fresh. Then the room was at level of the parking, quite noisy in the morning.

It wasn't possible to switch on the airco (it was finally not necessary so I also did not check with the staff), and the cushions were not comfortable.

Not everything went smoothly, but staff was extremely helpful all the time: Initial booking was apparently not registered, but another room was found. Sink needed to be fixed - happened immediately.

Absolutely everything is fine.

I stayed at the hotel for three nights. I liked everything. Very clean in the room, parking next to the entrance. Very comfortable bed and clean linens. The room was very quiet, you couldn't hear the noise from the street and other rooms. I really liked the girl Halisa at the reception. She was very hospitable and friendly. She always helped me if I needed any help. The chic restaurant in the hotel. I will definitely come back to this hotel again.

The hotel asked me to pay 10 extra euros for the accessible room. As a permanent wheelchair user I could hardly enter the bathroom. The carpet in the small room made it difficult to reach the bed. The carpet was very dirty (dust) and also showed signs of aggressive cleaning products. The entrance hall and hallways of the hotel smell like cigarette smoke. Sorry, but this is definitely no place for wheelchair users.
