We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe location was excellent for getting to the Therme across the road. I am disabled and could easily use the lift and get myself on my travel scoot to the swimmimg pools. We had a big disabled room which had a disabled toilet and shower and lots of space. My husband slept on the sofa and I needed the double bed. It was very hot and they gave us a fan. Aircondition would be better, but i guess too expensive. The restaurant was attractive overlooing the garden and large pond. Breakfast was excellent. We had dinner twice- very average. The staff very very helpful. The location is good for getting around the area for sight seeing.

GermanyHotel is very outdated. Not only old and not modern but dirty. Rooms are pretty basic and cheaply made, poorly fitted out. Bathroom wasn’t really clean and toilet stunk. This is this typical hotel that looks good on pictures. We were also very disappointed that spa are is just a public wellness- full of people- that you have to walk to on the street or underground garage in a distance about 200/300m . Breakfast was in a form of buffet but with the cheapest possible sorts of foods. In the wardrobe we found someone’s shoes box- that’s just show how those rooms are cleaned in COVID times. Elevator super tinny, nearly fitted baby’s buggy. I do not know how does this hotel get 4 ****, should have maximum 2.
