United KingdomWaited at reception at check-in and checkout - always a que. Be prepared to wait extra time to get an invoice at check out. The food in the restaurant downstairs is pretty basic and not value for money.
Room is spacy and quiet. WiFI is OK. Free bottle of water in the room every day.

This is a lovely hotel with some really quirky decor. Room was very large and comfy with a nice view to the front of the hotel. There is a park area closeby which was lovely to walk around.

United KingdomSome of the staff don't understand and speak English which makes it difficult to communicate. The phone to call the reception wasn't working and every time I needed something I had to go up and down the lift from the 4th floor which was annoying. The worst part there was hardly any staff at the reception in the evening. I had to go around looking for someone to get help. The room was not sound proof as I could hear people talking from the room next door. It was very hot as there was no air conditioning in the room When I went down to inform the reception, a lady staff told me that unfortunately she can't help me with this as the hotel doesn't provide fans for clients.
The room was clean, nice and comfy bed and the towels were changed every day. Easy location to town centre, parks and the train station. The receptionists were helpful and welcoming. They provide a small safe to keep valuables. When I went down to reception in case there is a problem, they sort it out quickly. As for the staff,, luckily there was one staff member who speaks English on the next shift and he helped to print my boarding pass before I checked out.

AustraliaThere was no „welcome“ at the reception. One felt as if one was intruding. Very matter of fact and no smile. Taking a shower in the bath with only half a screen is very difficult and a wet affair. A small breakfast offering would be great instead of a full buffet.
The room was big and bright and one could open the windows. A complimentary bottle of water was also appreciated.
