The experience was great - it would have been perfect if laundry service was available, as we traveled on tricky dates (New Year's Eve) and many shops & laundromats were closed. Prices in the cafeteria downstairs were a little steep, but they let us take food and beverages upstairs, which was a nice touch.

The room was comfortable and cozy. The location was excellent, just a few steps from the tram and metro stops. Service was nice, and cleanliness was impeccable. 24/7 reception available.

The cleanliness, the maids were eating inside the rooms and really didn't clean the facility. We still had stains on the toilet, the mirror, the tub and also hair on the floor.

The staff was very nice and respectful! They always made sure we're good to go and have everything we need.

The location is fine, but the neighborhood is not very charming and there are no restaurants nearby (apart from the Burger King).

the evening staff was definitely a trainee, so she was a little slow. but still helpful and polite.

The two receptionist on Saturday night where very short in the response and seemed annoyed having to serve.

The bathroom needs renovation. Although the main cleaning was good there were a few stains in the carpet and sofa.

Our room was so cold as the heating system was not working properly. We told the reception about it and they said they will call technician but they don't know when they will come and till we were there it was still not working. The room doesn't have a refrigerator. Our pillow case had some old stains on it we asked the reception and they immediately gave us a clean one.

A pretty nice hotel in a location with good transport. There are pretty big grocery shops nearby and good bars withing a reach. Breakfast is nice and the choice is good. Overall: really worth the money and a nice place to stay.

This was my third stay at this hotel. Good location right on the S41/42 ring and the main tram network has a stop outside. The Velodrome is next door if your going to see a band or other event. Easy access to the main city center and and various attractions. Friendly helpful staff, great breakfast, comfy rooms and the bar is reasonably priced.

The bathroom wasn’t very well clean, the garbage can had trash inside from the previous visitors and the toilet wasn’t properly cleaned.

It was across the street from our Conference Hall. Very close to tram station (6 stops to Alexander Platz) and S-Bahn station. We had a very large room with a double bed and an extra couch. Also we had a large dressing room. It would have been nice to have a small refrigerator in the room. Breakfast was good, same every morning but for 2-3 days it’s great. Coffe was really tasty! The staff was great, very helpfull at reception desk amd also in the reataurant during breakfast time.
