We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

When we first entered our room, we unfortunately found the sheets to be dirty with noticeable hair and stains, and there was some trash on the floor. However, once we contacted reception, the staff responded immediately and resolved all of the issues quickly and efficiently, which we greatly appreciated.
The hotel was very easy to reach, with plenty of free parking available on the property itself. The interior was beautifully designed with a calm, peaceful atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful; when we raised a concern, it was addressed immediately and handled in a professional manner. The room was stylish and comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and well-kept.

All bikes for rent were in maintenance, already for four weeks. Several staff were asked, but no one made an effort to provide information for alternatives or contact the maintance-guy to bring a few bikes. Wedding guests were loud deep into the night

There is one extra bed in room taking a lot of the room space. I don't understand why the bed was there. I informed the receptionist.

Misleading information on Booking regarding bed size. The hotel staff have advised us that there are no double or king size beds in this hotel at all. The beds are comfortable, so it's not a criticism of the hotel.
We've stayed at this hotel several times now and it has always been a good experience. It's perfect for us as it's close to a motorway, has free parking, it's located by a lovely park (great if you are bringing a dog!) and staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is modest but fresh and tasty.

Low maintanance outdoor in the rose garden. Have a great potensial. Beds too hard in my opinion. Probably the hardest bed I have ever slept in at a hotel.
Spacious outdoor area, nice rooms and modern. Nice breakfast.

No fridge in room. No aircon in room, but there was fan in room. Hotel has sauna but it was closed because renovations during our stay.
Nice hotel in quiet and peaceful location. Plenty of free outdoors parking space adjacent to hotel, no problems with parking whatsoever, there was always free place for car. Highly recommended place to stay if travelling with car. Breakfast was very good and on weekend it was until 11 am which was nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Stayed 4 nights to meet friends living in nearby areas and this hotel was very good place to stay for that. Also good value for money, yet hotel did not feel cheap at all but quite good quality hotel.

No elevator. Long walk from car to hotel and then to room. No ventilation in bathroom and it is dated.

No refrigerator in the room. I didn't have AC either, which can be a problem during summer days with the mosquitos.
The room was clean and big enough. Breakfast was fulfilling. And since the hotel is in the middle of a park, it was utterly silent.

The parking, access and service for handicapped - the reserved parking spaces were taken by cars without a displayed permit, wheelchair access would have been difficult, but as I use crutches as well, I managed. The receptionist could apparently not be bothered despite seeing my mobility issues … To be fair I had not told them upfront that I have mobility issues.
