GermanyCharming hotel located 2 mins from the beach. Staff was excellent and accommodated our dietary restrictions. Breakfast is included for every guest and it‘s a classic German buffet. Room was spacious and very clean, bed was comfortable and shower had good water pressure. All in all highly recommended for everyone.

Breakfast was excellent, with lots of variety to choose from. Something for all tastes and diets. The room was extremely comfortable and very quiet. We liked that we were in the annex so that we weren't directly on the main thoroughfare. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was good.

United StatesThe parking situation is dicey since there is just a very small parking lot behind the hotel. We knew about that. What we didn't realize was that even driving to and from the hotel is somewhat challenging. We happened to have a lot of luggage so we didn't have a choice and had to maneuver around pedestrians and tight corners.
Great location in the pedestrian zone with a restaurant on the ground floor. Everything you would expect is provided. Breakfast is plentiful and good.

A very large room with an enclosed veranda with chairs ,table and couch bed.Well appointed bathroom. A small kitchen with utensils but no cooking facilities was included.Electric water kettle avalable but no tea or coffee ingredients. Breakfast was very good,a wide selection of items.Large selection of cold cuts,cheese ,fresh fruit salads,fish.Even egg,bacon ,sausage etc. Excellent,except the bread selection which was a little disappointing. The staff. Charming ,helpful,perfect.

From the moment I stepped into my room, I was impressed by the spotless environment. The housekeeping staff ensured that everything was tidy and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The affordability of this hotel was truly remarkable. Despite its budget-friendly rates, Hotel Villa Neander provided all the essential amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was cozy and equipped with a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, and a television. The complimentary Wi-Fi was a pleasant bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my visit. The hotel's location was another advantage. Situated in a convenient area, it offered easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. Whether I wanted to explore the area or indulge in some local cuisine, everything was within reach, saving me both time and money. The staff at Hotel Villa Neander were friendly and accommodating. They were always ready to assist with any questions I had or provide recommendations for nearby attractions. Their warm and helpful demeanor added to the overall positive experience of my stay.

GermanyI stayed in the apartment on the top floor facing the promenade. The room was tastefully furnished and had every comfort. I enjoyed the terrace and the breakfast was fabulous! For my birthday I received a glass of Sekt; the staff was so friendly and helpful. I slept very well. Thank you for a wonderful experience in Binz!

A wonderful family-run hotel right on the main street of Binz, close to everything. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the quality of the breakfast was excellent. We had a spacious two-room apartment with a balcony from where we could hear the sea.

United KingdomThe attitude of the staff was particularly poor. On arrival for three nights we received no welcome and despite the fact that we are in our seventies and there were 3 men behind the bar we were given no offer of assistance with carrying our suitcases up 4 flights of stairs. To say that the staff during our stay were unfriendly is an understatement and was particularly disappointing.
The location could not be better.
