We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

GermanyThe hotel room had just basic amenities. There was no refrigerator in the room. The bathroom did not have any place to hang towels or clothes. There was no air conditioning and the room felt really warm. Also, the staff disturbed my sleep in the morning to ask when am I checking-out.
The location of the hotel is good. It is close to the city center. The rooms were clean. They provided a fan to deal with the warm temperatures.
