Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel room had just basic amenities. There was no refrigerator in the room. The bathroom did not have any place to hang towels or clothes. There was no air conditioning and the room felt really warm. Also, the staff disturbed my sleep in the morning to ask when am I checking-out.
The location of the hotel is good. It is close to the city center. The rooms were clean. They provided a fan to deal with the warm temperatures.

Unfortunately there was nothing in the lobby bar, only water, how’s that possible? I didn’t get it and also the WiFi connection in the room was miserable.
the room was very good and spacious, The location is very good, just across a tram stop and also within 5 min walking you arrive in a streeef with many restaurants and bars.

the bed wasn’t comfortable. it was made from two different beds with different hardness level. it was very uncomfortable.

I didn't eat at the hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel was easily accessed by tram, stopping directly across the street. Easy trip to the train from there.

The single bed was not a bed it was a sofa bed and not a proper mattress for my daughter with back issues or for anyone paying for a bed. It specifically states 3 bed room on website

The immediate neighbourhood is very noisy at night, people making a lot of noise on the streets. After 10pm we did not feel very safe
The hotel is good for the price and located in proximity to the city centre

A big Spider in the room my kids got scared. Main bed was okish. Pillows were not good. TV also needs upgrade no netflix etc.
Breakfast was very good, few options but tasty. Room was warm and cozy. Liked the placement of the beds

Staff poorly speaks English No staff in the early morning. So you can’t normally check out. Lack of parking slots. Not easy to find location

We could hear a small child from next room easily, even when the child did not shout. The walls in the room would use new painting. Plates in the room were dirty.
The location of hotel is just perfect, really very close the city center, shops and restaurant. The opportunity to have a breakfast. Price for the location was very friendly.

Parking area was not good enough, it was narrow and hard to park the car, and the pillows were the worst I have ever seen, so thin and uncomfortable.
It was so clean and the staff was so polite. Room was quietly modern and renewed.

We found an ear plug on the floor and it could've been cleaner. Also, if you turn on the faucet too hard it will spray the whole bathroom.
We had the kindest woman at check-in, didn't mind switching to English, calmly answered my dumb questions, really welcoming. Also, the rooms are soundproofed well, we could barely hear the trams.

The door could not close properly. They are in the process of renovation, so I guess they will fix it. A family with 2 children does not have enough space on 1 large and 1 regular bed. Need some bunk beds.
The hotel is located in the center and you can walk to everything. The bathrooms are new, but the little things need to be fixed. Easy to check in and out

The windows should be improved , it is too loud outside in the morning , and also the walls need to be refreshed already
I stay here the third time , the room was ok, it was on the 4th floor , there was some problem with handwashing , but it was quickly repaired after request The location is very good , and I also like the kettle for tea
