Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

WiFi was horrible, very slow. Definitely need to improve.
The property was very clean, and the entertainment at night was good. Japanese Hibachi restaurant was the best.

Buffet food not great, no a/c in rooms, didn't have the room we booked, long wait times for reservation specialty restaurants and only book on Sundays.
Good location, fun activities and entertainment staff (pushy at times for participation) sunshine and beach lovely.

bartenders 5 out of 10 are in a bad mood, and just give good treatment if you give them tips. I really had a bad experience with Yanira at bar in lobby two.

Shortage of pool towels. Hard to book the restaurants, only got one. A dangerous exit at one of the elevators, instead of flush with the floor, it had a ramp with a drop off at the sides. I stepped out and to the side to let others on and had a nasty fall. At 73, I'm thankful I didn't break anything There should be railings.

Furniture needs some attention or upgrading. Noise from the pool while in the room was disturbing. Queueing for pizza in Don Simon took a long time.
Staff were helpful and friendly. Food choices were generally good though sometimes a little cold. Pool 1 was great. Setting was wonderful.

Room was a bit old and some small things were broken like the drain in the bathtub. Pillows had too many bumps. Room was not cleaned everyday for some reason. Japanese restaurant was a big disappointment. Got a room facing the garden would have wanted one facing the pool or the sea.
nice beach, good water sports, clean swimming pools, friendly staff. Night shows were entertaining. Cocktails were good.

The casino and the disco where lonely. Every guest should be given a schedule of activities for the week so you can be more informed.

Only thing I did not like was the noisy background-music in the buffet.
The staff was really friendly from the beginning to the end. I got a room with a view as far as possible from the activities and noise. Comfy bed and seaview.

Customer service was a little poor. Fair variety of food but not so much quality flavours.
The pool was nice clean and neat two large options. Need to find a way to make easier for guess parking lot to the front desk. Maybe Valet Parking and options withing the facility to move around.

They did not provide towels a few times until I asked for it. Buffet food quality was not good and is about enough for survival. Restaurant food quality is not high quality. Specially Japanese restaurant food is not real japanese and is a way below my expectations. Hotel management is not satisfactory. Hot water was off for the last 2 days.

rooms need update as well !! air conditioning need a proper cleaning service since it smells old and funny and does not cool enough!! bathroom could use an update as well

We lost hot water for 3 days, then only had Luke warm for last 2 days of our stay. In the 2 Building the nightly entertainment is Extremely loud up til 10:30 p.m. If your looking for some evening quite, do not stay in this Building!
The Specialty Restruants were all very good as was the Buffet. Staff extremely helpful and friendly

Apparently there is a lack of towels at the hotel. From the entire week I stayed there, I had to call the front desk over 12 times for towels that were not replaced in my room. Beach/Pool towels were also hard to find and staff seemed not to care about those.
Location and beach were great. The pool area and the staff at front desk, bars and restaurants were also great.
