The food was ok. We had traveled around the country and eaten good Dominican food. At the buffets here, it was a more cafeteria quality, but then again, there was a lot of food! Wifi was not included, but even after we paid for it, it didn't work in our room. I had a conference call at 4 am and had to go out to the pool area to connect to the wifi.

Older property, but pools were nice with plenty of tanning beds. The small ones by the cliffs were a really great feature! Grounds and room were kept clean. Reception staff, cleaners, wait staff and activity coordinators were very nice and helpful. Overall a nice experience.

One of the beds seem like it was not clean Toylet was liking all night The electricity card was wierd at 4 am when off triggering everything in the room The water toylet runing all night change to air 453 am; making crazy sounds. Pillows seem really old and smell milddew Shwoer had mildew on their edges of the silicone seem realy old The entrance to Alicia beach was seal with danger tape

There is no internet service in the room. I paid for internet for 3 days but I have to come outside of my room to use the wifi service because there is no signal in the room. Please install wifi in all the rooms

The room was not up to our expectations. The shower had little pressure, there were no lightbulbs and the only lamp did not work.

The location and views were amazing, the beaches are beautiful and really peaceful. The environment was peaceful and quiet.

Rooms are very noisy. Can hear every little noise from the hallway. The rooms are in serious need of an upgrade. The bathroom tap was literally falling off and had to be replaced while we were there with much insistence. Linen/towels were three bare. Old rubber shower curtain with holes. The restaurants had sub par meals. The buffet food was much better.

The buffet was better than expected. The hotel has a nice lay out and lots of areas to relax.

The resort is in need of updating. Our room was old and tired looking. Shower head was corroded with hard water scale. Difficult for house keeper to make it look clean after cleaning. No place to store clothing expect the closet. Not everything can be hung up. The sliding door did not stay on its track and difficult to open and close. No locks on the doors to stop anyone from coming in when we were in our rooms. The noise in the hallway early in the morning and late at night when irritating. Before 7 and after midnight.

Loved the staff. They made our stay wonderful. Bed was comfortable. We wore ear plugs.

The room was outdated! Really bad. I changed the room and pay more $207 more and it was no big deal it.

Also on the weekend a lot of Dominicans come because they get a special rate and sometimes there are as many as six people in a room. They are very noisy and the dining room gets overcrowded. Also the spa there has people going around trying to recruit clients. The spa was quite expensive and once you get a service they keep wanting you to get more. The hotel could also use an upgrade.

The location and staff were good. The internet kept cutting out. I was there for a month and a lot of the food in the buffet was the same everyday. And although the food was good, I would have liked a little more variety.
