The pool area closed too early, which was a bit disappointing. Extending the hours or hosting late-night pool parties could really enhance the experience. There could also be more activities offered throughout the day. I was also let down to find the Chinese restaurant closed during my stay. Additionally, some of the beverages at the buffet, like the lemonade, weren’t very enjoyable.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and polite. The food was good could be better. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The regular rooms are small, outdated, kind of a motel feeling. You only get the best rooms (villas) if you are a resort member. This resort wasn’t what we were expecting in DR. This was our first visit. This resort at this time of the year is perfect for elderly couples looking to relax. Property is very quiet, the lobby and bar played soft elevator music. If you are looking for a party ambient, this isn’t the place for you. (We were told to visit in November for a fiesta kind of stay) They do offer tours, offer different country meals, and have pool activities. Ps. We bought a membership to visit their other resorts.

My family room and my room the ACD was not working. They have to be moved to another room.

The food was good, I don't like the room. It look to simple and the sheet on the bed look to old. It was not white.

The fact that they did not have WiFi Internet connection was a big surprise for me as this is a service that most resorts do, even hotels with less resources than them.

The price was right, location and the staff was super adorable and always trying to help

The rooms need some update. The phone wasn’t working to call for room service. The tv wasn’t working, they had to change it. Some socket were not working and there were only Ty here working one for the tv, one for the mini fridge and one for one lamp. They had a coffee maker but there was no coffee or sugar. There’s no internet or wifi in any place of the hotel, you have to pay for that, something that almost all hotels offer for free. They mentioned they’ll be renovating the hotel but they should lower the price due to all the problems it has now.

The management does not return messages or reply. for 3 months I wrote and texted with questions and I did not get any replies. I almost canceled the vacation because of it.

The facilities were great and extremely clean and well maintained. The staff was great and had a great sense of humor. The buffet was very good and had a wide selection and was goodquality

One of our rooms was a bit musty and humid and the AC control wasn’t working well. Liquor selection was sub par.

Room was large, but extremely sparse. Some noted activities were in poor repair. Wine and spirits were fairly low level.

The food was not good. It was very dry, not flavorful and not a good variety. The steakhouse was also a disappointment It was also difficult to get our frig refilled with bottled water and get clean towels for the beach and our room.

I loved the beach and pool and the staff were very kind and professional.

pictures were deceiving from what was posted on website. the bed was bad, staff was on and off friendly depending on if or if not you tipped. had to pay for wifi and kept having to reset every other day to get to work. buffet food was ok
