“The resort is huge but offers everything you need for a great holiday. The landmark of our stay was the staff and their kindness, friendliness and care. They saved no effort to ensure that our stay was perfect. Cleanliness is exceptional. Excellent entertainment for the whole day and evening. Great variety of food. We also booked one excursion and it was one of the greatest experiences. We never felt chased or uncomfortable by those offering services and tours.”
“Everything about this hotel is wonderful. The architecture in Nubian style creates a cozy atmosphere, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. I especially loved that the rooms are set in single-story Nubian-style houses with spacious terraces. There’s a thoughtful attention to every detail of the guest experience. The rooms are small but very cozy, and the bed is extremely comfortable. All the staff are attentive and genuinely caring. The beach is stunning, with a reef in excellent condition and full of diverse marine life. Meeting an octopus was an unforgettable experience. The food delights with both its variety and sophistication. This is definitely a place I would love to return to.”
“I had booked two rooms at this resort for 10 days. After just one night, I left. Everything was rundown: dirty rooms, no air conditioning, awful food, rude and impolite staff, and a pool as dirty as a pond. After staying for a day, I ran away, and at the reception, rude and incompetent people threatened me with an extra €80 for no known reason, despite the fact that cancellation was free at any time with no strings attached.”

From the very beginning, everything was simply perfect. There was nothing to complain about – tip-top! At the start we were even able to change our room without any issues and received an upgrade to a Junior Suite. Everything went smoothly and without complications.
The entire staff was extremely friendly, very understanding and considerate. The resort itself is beautiful – wonderful pools, a stunning sea, and while snorkeling we were able to see countless colorful fish. The food was also delicious and varied.
A special thanks goes to Marie, who took excellent care of us throughout our stay. At the end she even arranged lunch packages for us and made sure that we were well looked after at the à la carte restaurant. Her support was truly outstanding – always there when needed, but never pushy.

“The hotel is charming and very clean. It has a beautiful garden carefully maintained and is right on the beach front. The beach has sunbeds and umbrellas and the beach towels are provided. However, the staff left the strongest impression - the receptionist and the manager who were patient and tried to meet every request of ours, the chef who cooked a special lunch and breakfast for us and all the waiters who kindly took care of us. They really pampered us during our short stay.”
